I'm very happy – I've made the effort to jump on and leave a review because I was a bit unsure after reading some negative reviews. This thing is awesome and just saved me a lip wax!! My last salon visit, the wax couldn't get all the smaller hairs and I felt I'd wasted my money. So I invested in this epilator and it pulled them out beautifully! I'm very happy. Yes, it hurts the same as tweezing or waxing. Show details

This has saved me money and time at the beautician – I was visiting the beautician fortnightly to wax facial fluff that appeared like a beacon when the sun shown on my face. This product has saved me hundreds of dollars as I can now use this every day. The pain factor is so minimal compared to waxing. I love this product. Well made and easy to use. Comes in a zip up case to keep everything together and tidy. Love it.

Braun Face Spa Pro 911 – I have owned one of these Braun Face-Spa products for 3 years and am very satisfied with its continuous performance. Because I found it inconvenient to keep changing heads back and forth (from depilitator to face brush) I decided to get another one for facial use. It is NOT like my other one! My original purchase has a battery--this one plugs into… Read more

the wall (it has a battery, but you can't access it without taking the product apart-thus nulling the warranty). I am not happy with this new machine--it worked for about 3 days, then, although it says it is charged, it fails as soon as I use the brush on my face--every time. Unfortunately I had thrown out the packaging. VERY disappointing and a waste of $$.

It’s okay but something broke inside after one use and now it rattles – I bought it on clearance so maybe that’s why but something inside broke and now it rattles if you shake it and when it’s on. It doesn’t effect the use but it makes me worry that it will break soon. I only had it for a day before it happened. Show details

Great epilator with bonus extras – I've had this Braun model epilator for a couple of months now after I had to take back the older model because it didn't work properly. The older one was battery operated, good at first, but within less than a year it kept jamming and was using up batteries so fast. So I took it back, to get a refund. I was shown the newer model, the FaceSpa 911.… Read more

It's rechargeable! That made me much happier straight away. It also came with an extra beauty head. I had to pay a little bit more for this one but since I got a refund on the first one, I didn't mind. I love this product! It's perfect for removing facial hair, even that awful fluff along the jawline that seems to be worse once you hit 50. Don't be put off by others saying it hurts too much. It does sting a bit when you first use it, after all, you are pulling hairs out of your face. Once you get used to it, it gets better. Follow the instructions. Like it says, put your tongue under your top lip to push it out, tight skin doesn't hurt so much. Also, go in light circles in different directions. Do a little bit on one side of your face then go to another area, then go back to the previous area. I find doing little bits at a time, then going back, makes it more bearable. Definitely put a light, soothing moisturiser on after. I use it in the evening, as it suggests in the booklet, and usually a couple of days before the weekend, just in case you're a little red. If you get in the habit of using it once a week, your skin will get used to it. That's the eplilator covered, I've been using it for at lest 2 months. Now for the other interchangeable heads. I decided I had better use them for this review. The facial brush was ok on my skin with my cream cleanser, then with my face scrub. I did NOT go over any section of my face more than once. I have very, very sensitive skin and there was no need to keep going over it. My skin was fine after it and felt nice and clean. The Micro Vibration head must be used with a serum or cream or it will drag the skin a little. At first I thought I could spread the serum around with it, but it doesn't really work that way. I found after I applied my night cream, I used the vibration head all over my face, again, only doing each area once, it did glide better over my skin. My skin did feel good after, maybe it was the Micro Vibration head. Time will tell with these two extra heads. I mainly bought this for the epilator, and I'm really happy with it. Would recommend for sure.
