part way through a groom I would need to wait 10 hours to finish with this product.

In the end I got fed up and returned the groomer to Shaver Shop. I was told many are returned and they couldn't understand how a company that probably makes the best shavers and at reasonable prices has produced a dated technology product such as the trimmer. They gladly returned my money.
