Terrible for noodles – Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I use this wok for noodles it reduces them to water. I am so over it. So frustrating. And this time my husband - who uses it often - helped and same thing happened. I am over It. Cannot recommend it.

Super Hot, Super Quick and Super Convenient – Having been using a traditional seasoned carbon steel wok for many years and was reluctant to purchase an electric version. But I saw TV Chef Poh Ling Yeow using one at home with her mother on a show and thought that if it's good enough for Poh.... Yes, it's convenient to use and super easy to keep clean but the absolutely best thing about this… Read more

is how quickly it gets to super hot temperature that you cant get with a wok over a normal home gas cooker.

It means cooking super healthy perfectly sealed and tasty stir fries like you have in your favourite Asian restaurant is possible at home.

Absolutely love it.

Use it every single day! – I bought this because I do a lot of stir frys and the electric fry pan is too big for just the two of us. I love how it heats up really fast and gets really hot. The non-stick surface has been good but I only bought it 9 months ago so it’s hardly long enough for me to say that it’s got longevity but considering I’ve used it about 90% of the days… Read more

between now and then, I’d say it’s pretty darn good. Not sure the removal of the base is a worthwhile addition but it does no harm at the worst. I found it a bit difficult to put back together the first time I took it off but once I flipped the whole thing upside down, I sorted it. I just don’t take it off now.

It’s said to be dishwasher safe but I’ve only chucked it through there once. It’s just easier to hand wash. It probably helps the non-stick surface stay intact a bit longer too.

You know when you are trying to fry beef strips for a stir fry and the fry pan always ends up boiling them and making them chewy because it doesn’t get hot enough and stay hot enough? Yeah… that problem is eliminated when you use this wok. It’s hot hot hot. I love my wok.

Breville wog – A great wog for stirfry, deepfrying, and the best curries ever. Very happy with it, been going for 3 years, used at least once a week, after our first one started loosing it non-stick surface and is now solely used for deepfrying. Defenitely a great buy and being able to put the pan in dishwasher a bonus, although usually a quick hot wash under the tap is enough. We are happy!  Show details

Terrible – Reluctant to throw out as it was a wedding gift - but we don use so it is now just taking up space in the cupboard - I dont want to be eating teflon. Great to cook with and heats up quickly - cooked everything from stir frys to bolagnaise sauce. The non stick coating starting coming off with in the first few months. Now have to be very careful when using to ensure we are not eating teflon - so therefore we dont really use anymore.
