Does the Brother MFC-J4440DW scan pages via auto feed or would i have to scan page by page manually?
Yes, it has an auto-feed function for both scanning and copying. It is a very handy feature!
Does this printer print4x6 photos
Yes. Just go into the app and click photo print. Your photo album comes up. Click add (top rhs) then at the bottom of the page you’ll see the current paper setting. Click the little icon that’s on the RHS. Not the one with 3 dots. The one that looks like a circle with 6 points coming off it. Then you’ll be able to change paper size and type. I’m sure this all sounds very complicated, it’s really not. I come from a time when we had nib pens, blotting paper and ink wells on our desks. I worked it out, if I can- you can. It’s easy once you try.

Can you print address labels & stickers with this printer ? Just purchased it seems to be working ok got 4 paper jams on 3rd day not sure why? Also any one else have to connect to MAC each time you need to print ?
No, I have a Mac. I don’t need to reconnect each time I print. It connects automatically via wifi As for printing address labels. You’d set your labels up in word. Put in the label sheets that match what you’ve selected in word and it’ll print. Not sure about stickers. If word supports the sticker labels you want and you buy the right sticker paper if that’s possible then there’s no reason it wouldn’t work. Good luck. It’s a good little printer

Recently purchased The J4440DW, based on reviews on here - and pretty happy with it... but... does anyone else have a slight squealing noise when printing squares of ink (eg like those in a Crossword puzzle)? Its ok for normal text, but with blocks of ink, it squeals, like it is sucking air. Is that normal?

I am a scrapbooker and cardmaker. Am I able to use cardstock in this machine??

Can you use a USB cable to connect into your computer ?
Yes you can. There's a usb input front left, but this is just for image transfer. However there is a connection under the scanner lid which has a cable path to the back of the machine to allow pc connections via a usb cable.
does this machine scan double sided?
