unreal service, the company really puts on a good time, quality an attention to detail - Kyle was the best to deal with, very understanding - would 100% recommend
The best! – This is the 3rd time I have been on this bus and every time it was amazing! Driver was so nice and overall experience was great. My friend has also now booked his brothers bucks through them as well! Highly recommend!
0 stars - Horrid customer service – The owner and myself exchanged many emails in the lead up to the Covid-19 lockdown. He showed no concern for the health risks involved with going ahead with a 38 person pub crawl in late April and never once assured me how the bus would be able to manage social distancing laws or how his team would provide a safe and hygienic service. I had first emailed to find out what would happen with our $500 deposit. It took a LOT of back and forth to reach a final offer of a 12 month credit. The owner had been rude and dismissive from the beginning - I should have seen the signs. It says on their website they handle event planning but refused to give any information to help plan the event. I personally don’t want to deal with this company to redeem my credit nor do I have the extra funds to do so. If I had been offered a 12 month credit from the beginning it would have saved the both of us a whole lot of pain.

Dodgy, just after money, bad service! – The bus might look cool but I would not recommend them. Our experience with this company was bad. [name removed] was not willing to help us plan anything until he had a $500 deposit secured. As we haven’t lived in Brisbane for long we asked “I was hoping you were able to give a guide of places to go in the Brisbane area as I’m not too sure how to start planning.” Only to be told by [name removed] that we need to pay the invoice for the deposit before hand. But why would we want to pay a deposit when we didn’t exactly know what we were paying for? [name removed] then told us that “they don't make suggestions and help with the itinerary without bookings in place, it is much too time consuming.”
I don’t know how they call themselves ‘event planners’. They are simply a party bus that wants to rip people off.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I had reached to [name removed] to ask about how he was going to manage all the restrictions put in place and he was not taking it seriously. Myself and most of the other attendees lost there jobs. He was not sympathetic towards the situation, he offered no refund nor a partial refund and to begin with he only offered a period of 3 months to rebook which was not going to be good enough.
