VerifiedInstalled 645 black on Cannon mg 3060 removed all tapes push print, paper comes out white?
I bought a full set of ink for my Canon TS8360 and none of them work. I've cleaned the heads, cleaned everything, removed the cartridges and reinstalled them, I've done all the maintenance suggested, but they still print white on white. Worthless. A refund is in order. :-(

I bought a set of (5) 960, 961 ink cartridges instead of 965, my canon pixma printer won't accept them. Is there a refill hole in the 965 cartridge that i can refill them with?.

Unfortunately you cannot refill these cartridges - you will have to purchase new cartridges that will fit your printer.
My calidad ink tanks will not fit into my epson 2205,,they are "thicker than the original tanks" $45 wasted

It appears you may have purchased the incorrect ink for your Epson 2205 printer as we do not sell alternative inks for the ink your printer uses (Epson 49). Hi Colin , My Printer is a Epson 5030 , Calidad Fit Perfectly & Still Operate As Good As Original ! For Less than Half ! The Epson Price ! You better check you got correct cartridge for your printer , Thanks R.
I am disappointed. I purchased a four pack of Calidad cartridges for my printer. Says on the box that Calidad cartridges are compatible with my Epson printer. This is not true. I have looked at questions posted on here and have taken the advice to rub the bronze chip with a tissue, it is still showing error cannot read chip, they do not work.
I used Calidad for years. I always remove the plastic around the small round ink circle outlet completely with tweezers and make sure the side pull release tab/strip is removed. Mine is a Brother. No compatibility issues so far.

There are no instructions on how to refill a cartridge with refillers for canon printer, the pack is Calidad 921 CP. Is it possible to send instructions please.

I purchased a Calidad cartridge for the first time today and found no instructions how to instal it, so did it the way I always do it 100 times before. Unfortunately, I removed the wrong protective strip and now it wont work. Because it did say on the tab not to remove it, I could not read it because it was so small. I complained but they refuse to replace it. However my conversing with their customer relations people was cordial and pleasant, but from the top they are straight out militant and uncaring for old folk like me. For the sake of a lousy $35 cartridge, one would think they would do the right thing which is... 1/ Replace the one I ruined inadvertantly for the lack of instructions. 2/ Include better instructions from now on. On a posative note... Customer service was better than most. This is not over yet red rover... I assure you.
I would contact the Office of Fair Trading for your state and have a chat to them about the instructions being too small to read, to make sure they comply with legislation. The Calidad cartridges I purchased were faulty and of poor quality. One was even half empty. Are you sure it won't work because you removed the wrong strip? The cartridge might just be faulty. They should absolutely replace it for you because their lack of readable instructions caused the problem. And they should definitely be more considerate of older and vulnerable people, especially during times like this when many people are isolated and don't have support.

I already contacted them by phone as mentioned above, but they refused to offer a refund or replacement. Please, get one of the cartridges which was the HP61 black.... read the whole text on the box, and then open the box and read all the instructions on the leaflet inside, and show me anywhere that says how to install it. All the other brands do... why not yours? You take it for granted that everyone knows? Maybe if you supply clear instructions on how to install, including the right protective strip to remove, then just maybe you might not get as many complaints. What makes Calidad so special that they feel no need to do this when all others do... even cheap brands from China do some attempt to instruct... but oh no, Calidad expects everyone to know. What makes me mad is, I am not new to changing ink cartridges, and yet I still made this mistake, how much more for those who never done it before? I mean its not as if your refills are cheap for goodness sake. I have already sent an email to Calidad complaining, and if I get no reply tomorrow I will take further steps to recover either my $35 or a replacement. I think you should make the lady I spoke to on the phone your new CEO because she was nice and kind to me and understanding, but she was under orders from the top not to help me. Well the top might end up sorry later for being so unkind and greedy. Lets see what happens in the next few days... and then I will consider my reviews. Thanks to all who replied.
Well I did as Gabrielle suggested and contacted them via that email address supplied. Immediately got a responce saying that they have sent out a replacement. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and the replacement did not arrive. I ordered a replacement from InkStation online and it arrived in 2 days... wow. See the difference? Hope they can track it and find out what happened to it or in fact if it was ever sent in the first place.
It finally arrived today (14/07/21). At last, justice. Took some doing but we got there in the end. Thank you Gabrielle. Message me back in a month and I will tell you how the replacement went. And thank you to Calidad for doing the right thing.
Purchased from Woolworths for HP printer as alternative for HP 564. Yellow is not yellow, it is a browny-pink colour. Off- white backgrounds are coming out pink, print quality is fuzzy. Can I return it to where I purchased for a refund?

Hi Just purchased calidad 1033 Brother 3317 for my Brother MFC-J6530DW, printer will not read chip. Was replacing a calidad 1035 which worked. Have no access to purchase anything else at the moment, have tried the chip form the originally working cartridge to the non working cartridge, no luck. How can I get the cartridge working please.

I bought Calidad cartridges for my cannon printer, shortly afterwards my printer stopped working with the message, does not recognise ink tank. All ink tanks were correct. I bought a new printer, tried to exchange the new packet of Calidad cartridges and was unable to exchange without a docket. Will never buy them again

Look do NOT buy any of the Calidad printer cartridges. Cant you read what people are saying about them. You will just waste your money.
Is Caridad s generic brand for HP printers only
I believe they have generic ink versions for most printer brands & models. They have a search function on their website.
They will still NOT WORK generic or not. Try printing a photo with Calidad inks and the colour black rubs off.
