really well. If something stick a bit, chuck the lid on and remove from heat. It will release in no time.
Terrible – Poor product that is dangerous, poorly designed, and doesn't do what it is meant to - ie provide a non-stick cooking surface suitable for wok frying. Would not buy another one, definitely not worth the high cost. Relatively easy to clean Food sticks to the "non-stick" surface readily. Extremely heavy to lift to tip food out of. The wok is unstable due to the heavy handle, will tip over (dangerous when there is hot oil in it!)
