Why are my screens blue why can't I get pictures and video – I have no picture look through the eye of cam it's blue and the screen is blue can get sound but no picture why?

Good – A great camera. Lots of easy to use features and good battery life. Small and easy to use Haven't used it much yeat but so far nothing bad
