Thanks for the quick reply Fred T, but I have had two of the previous models and after about 14 months both stopped printing at least one colour and could not be fixed, so I was wondering if any of the one's that were two or three years old were still working. (The first one I printed fifty A3 photos and the second only 10, plus a few documents, my old ip4700 bought 3 years before these two and lasted 6 years after they both died and it was hammered hard before I got a dreaded the B200 failure)

Yes it comes with a cd holder for printing

Hi, unfortunately no,I had to forgo that for the A3 size - I purchased a separate Canon flatbed scanner which does a great job.

Well, yes but you will need a scanner to scan them into your computer unless of course they are there in the first place as an email attachment.

Thanks Steve for the fair question, something I was wondering too. thubleau2 - if you're so smart and have so much time to go through all the documentation, why wouldn't you just say "no, it does not have a scanner"? Or if this stuff is beneath you, you don't have to say anything at all. You sound like a real piece of work here...
