OK – The bag is okay, but not value for money as I have only had the back pack for 4 years and the last 3 have been, "I need to get a new one". open and close the zip. The Zip on the front compartment is faulty and sticks. I love the small side pockets, great for the small things. Never use the mesh pockets as they are too short and things fall out. I like the size, pockets and material I dislike the zips and the material that catches in the zips and frays
