Nice bike but like I feared in the end just Chinese junk – Nice bike but at the end of a three hour ride with 19 miles my 800 is overheating. Fan motor doesn’t come on at all. So we will see if the dealership stands by there products.  Show details

You get what you pay for – UFORCE 800 I purchased this machine in June of 2017, The appeal was the price...but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" I should have used my better judgement on it when I went for a test spin & it died on me. It started having issues right off the bat, brake issues from factory, it runs rough, it stalls, it will go completely died… Read more

for no apparent reason, they like to leak coolant. It has been into the dealer for all these issues 4 times in less then 6 month. I am seriously thinking of burning this to the ground! WHEN it runs...which isn't too often, its a nice machine to use. A brand new machine I don't trust out of my yard in fear it will stall! I like the looks of it BUT Bottom line, buy a real name machine like Yamaha, A.C., can/am! Yes I know you will pay more but in the long run it will save you ALOT of headaches! FYI, now the fuel pump has gone out & it only has 190 miles on it! never again!

Nothing but junk – 300 miles 2 years old blown engine. $4,700.00 for new engine. Think this will be a court case. Dealership doesn't won't to do anything about this. Serviced in August over $750.00 7 month later needs new engine. If your smart buy a Honda. Why don't cfmoto stand by their product.  Show details

Very disappointing piece of garbage – The battery went out within 4 months and the dealer said it only had a 3 month warranty on the battery but tried to sell me another for double the price and after 50 miles it is dead in my garage after an overheating issue where it leaded all the coolant out in the floor.  Show details

Junk junk junk – Bought new CFMoto 800 utv from terrible dealer in Michigan. Middle of state near Mount Pleasant. Had week and developed oil leak, dealer fixed after being there all day. Said was factory recall. Should have been fixed before I got. Then week later oil leak again so took to different dealer. He fixed correctly. Then soon after while on hunt and… Read more

wanted to use, utv overheated because fan switch failed. Took back to second dealer and he again fixed. Now year later and only 350 miles and no warranty, starter makes noise sometimes and gas gauge quit working. Don't buy as you will be sorry. Chinese crap, if you really want one, mine is for sale on Craig's List.

Terrible. Worst machines on the planet – These machines by far have the worst review ratings ive ever seen for a manufacturer of any sorts. Seems like these off road rides are made in sweatshops with inexperienced employees and unsatisfactory parts. Multiple blown motors, snapped chassis with barely any miles, power steering systems failing, brakes failing, service men doing terrible… Read more

work.. How is this company still manufacturing? Your typical response is check with your local dealer for help.. How about make a decent product

Its a perfect machine for the money – As i said on the title, its a great value for money. Im talking about the cf terralander 800 atv. The quality is about the dame as the other atvs, bearings are Koyo, efi system is Delphi and ventilator is Panasonic made in japan. You dont have to worry more than a canam owner. They are experiencing about the dame problems as the cf does, but cf is less the half price!  Show details

Junk, mostly not fit for purpose – Have a shop, the odd client has had the misfortune of purchasing one, mostly 2nd hand low kms and based on price. The metallurgy is substandard, thin paint, horrible electrics, low grade bearings throughout, things bend, break, abnormally easy, poor design execution. I wouldn't trust a CFmoto product more than a few kms into the bush, may leave… Read more

you stranded or worse. Without prejudice, and from experience working on these and other Chinese quads, scooters, motorcycles, etc. Dealerships with minimal factory support and poor to non existent parts supply are swamped with irate customers, warehouses full of defective units. Love the CF moto replies to the effect Australia sector negates any help offered. Junk, don't shell out more than $500 for a lightly used example. Although strange, it seems 1 in 10 seem to be "Ok" Chinese products, so somewhat of a minefield.

Don't even think of buying one – We have own a u800 side by side and after 9000km and two engines it seems this is lifespan cf moto expects out of its bikes. The bike is out of warranty and even with the same bottom end failure as the first they are not willing to help at all. So if you buy a cf expect to only half wear out your original tyres on two engines and wait three months… Read more

for parts when you need them. The bottom end failure is due to oil starvation as was the first failure but they seem intent on pointing the finger at our servicing which is FAR above what is recommended rather than a manufacturing fault. Our original reputable dealer has dropped the cf brand since our purchase which is enough said for me. Don't be fooled by the plastics they are a money pit and that's if you can get parts. Current dealer has quoted 5k to repair engine and a new crate motor is 5k?????. Buy a second hand Honda and save the pain

Nice bike but no service – Power steering don't seem to work good, losing press tone somewhere have to keep adding some, only have 400klm on it. Only had the bike for 3 months. Find it to be a really nice ride, even my wife say is nice even sitting in the back seat. Think the clutch making lots of noise might have a problem there to. And if I ride at night the voltage go… Read more

down to 12 and under so it flashes to worn me. The heat shield under the back fender fell off don't have it no more. It looks like it was just some kind of tape.

Cf moto worst machine ever!!! – Purchased a brand new uforce 800, at 300 km the emergency brake went at that point told broadview powersports in nb that there were other brake problems and got the bike back saying everything was fine, now at 600 kms the brakes were gone in the back and one side on the front. I've had the bike out 5 times and just spent 530 dollars for the first service. Worst machine ever so far.

Was ok to start with – I had the cf800 2014 for 2000km in that time i did a diff, rear shocker, oil pump, water pump was not a pleasant experience, with maybe a few updates the cf800 could be a good atv, apart from these problems also wen i went to sell it no one would trade it, re-sale value was poor, while the bike was going it went well and handled great.
