CF Moto CForce EV110

We had this vehicle for 2 weeks and went back to the shop with a broken drive motor. It has since been in the shop for over 6 weeks waiting for the new part to arrive. After contacting CF Moto Australia directly as was the suggestion by the local dealership, we were met with complete disregard by the staff there. We were told that the issues were caused by abuse from us and that while they were fixing the issue under warranty, it was our fault this was all happening. Instead of following up with their freight companies as to why this is taking so long, the blame was instantly put on us. We have purchased 4 bikes through them within the past 3 months and this is how they treat their customers. It’s terrible.
Cf Moto products are built down to a price and are of pathetic quality. Spend a bit more and get yourself something better.
Purchased in at Team Moto for $3,500.
Complete waste of money – Bought it in 2023, few month later this quad will not charge. Took it back to dealer who had no idea. Upon requesting the details of the issue they advised that the manufacturer doesn’t know about the error code. Contacted MOJO bikes (CF moto in Australia) and they didn’t have anything to say on the issue or the quality of the quad. Dealer even commented that “this is technology for us even Teslas are catching fire “ . It has safety feature to protect you child but if company itself doesn’t know about their product and the faults I believe the dealer is right in comparing with with Tesla which caught fire.
