What a great very easy solution to me wanting a quick loan. I started conversation at 2.00pm in afternoon and by 9.00 next day I received my money in bank. It was all done over the phone with courteous Australia Professionals - they are my ‘go to’ if I ever get stuck. Thoroughly recommend them. Also I’m only on Aged Pension. attempt to help, not hinder, the situation. She then proceeded to accuse me of yelling, which then snowballed in which she kept cutting me off and was being incredibly snide in her tone. Then when the application process (which seemed to entail mostly of questions already answered online) was nearly finished, she made a comment about references, to which I started to ask, “I thought…” at which time she rudely and abruptly cut me off before I could even say anything - so I just hung up and asked to cancel the application via email. Why would I want to continue with such horrendous behaviour?

The only reason I called on speaker whilst driving in the first place is that the initial emails sent to me gave off a sense of urgency, else I would’ve called at a different time - regardless, her manner was rude, accusatory and incredibly unprofessional. If this is what they’re like with potential new customers, I shudder to think how they treat their current ones.

Champion loans are always there when I need them! This is my 5th small loan as i was short on money to get my clearances renewed for work. Within 24 hours, thanks to champion loans the money came into my account. Great and realistic repayments, and they were really helpful. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling and needs fast cash.

Even though funds aren't instant or same day still great though service and help from staff were great but the extra money you have to pay on top of the loan you get is bit high

calls and emails from a FAKE Lender (no website and no registration with ASIC), fictitiously named, Australia Finance Capital, saying they did get our details from Champion Loans!! Then the Queen of Scammers, [Name Removed] [Name Removed], who runs Australia Finance Capital, sent us an email stating that we were “approved for a secured and personal loan of $7000” (that we had NEVER applied for). Of course, we rejected the “offer” saying that it seemed to be a SCAM. That’s when all hell broke loose and my wife and I, started getting harassing and abusive emails with extremely vulgar and rude swearing words. All because we made the mistake of applying for a loan from Champion Loans 24-48 hours earlier. Then my wife emailed Champion Loans demanding explanations, but the NO REPLY “response”, raises a lot of questions; IF they could have any part in all of these shenanigans. Bin Wei claimed at the beginning that she DID get our details from Champion Loans (we are not making this up). Of course, we provided all evidence to; ASIC, Scamwatch and Federal Fraud Squad and hopefully all guilty parties, will soon face the music in a Court of Law. Enough; with so many venomous “snakes” lurking in the shadows, trying to scam innocent residents of this beautiful country! Right?

Don't bother ! – Worst company. They advertise they help people on a pension/ centrelink. Agree with a few others on here, they ask lots of personal questions about what you spend your money on which is invasive then get 4 references then after lots of emails and calls reject you and don't say why. pay my small loans on time I have tried a few times and won't ever bother again with this company. Much better small loan companies that aren't biased about where your pay check comes from.
