Don't be deceived by it's weight! – Simple but extremely versatile. I used for the first time and after the outdoor function for the school kids I was dreading the clean up. Burnt marinade washed straight off! Eggs and milk were easy as we'll. I admit I was very hesitant about using the large boiler on an open grill BBQ, but It cooked perfectly with the heat from the flames distributed evenly through the heavy base and the boiler was an easy wash as an extra bonus. Five stars for me!!!! An easy clean up!

Beats non stick hands down – Cheap but not nasty. Light but thick and very hard wearing. Used in commercial kitchens for a reason. From the hot plate to a scorching oven beautifully. As for the claim that these pans are naturally non stick!, you had better believe it. Amazingly they provide all the non stick qualities without the nasty non stick chemicals used in today's Teflon etc pans. Do yourself a favour. Hard wearing, non non stick but they don't stick. Nothing
