Faulty product, never worked well, product was then recalled. Company despite selling a dangerous product will not refund, only offer replacement. Hard to trust a company who sold a dangerous product to begin with. Do not put your children at risk with this one, not worth it. Customer service also very poor and shows no regard or concern around safety.

The larger philips avent bottle doesn't fit the v2 Adaptor. Very frustrating. Show details

Dissapointing – Doesnt actually fit the Pigeon bottles despite the adaptors and seal rings, so I had no choice but to use it without the adaptors and it would leak. leaks and not fitting Pigeon properly it was messy and fiddly. I wanted something I could use o/n while camping but this just wasnt going to work. Dissappointing because its such a great idea. A pre-set option would be good. Just going to stick to the old thermos for night feeds.

Don't waste your time – LEAK'S precious breastmilk. When you spend 30+mins expressing it, you don't want to spill a drop. It leakes out of the seals especially when tipped back over when the milk has been warmed. slow to warm the bottle. Also, an E1 error code was also blinking at 2am in the morning, and my sleep deprived self wasn't having a bar of it! Back to the shop it went the next day. Don't waste your time purchasing this product.

Needs close to 1hr to heat – It’s currently 1am and I have been waiting for 20 mins for it to heat up while at 55 degrees which is not ideal because it will burn. This happens every single feed! Battery is at 100% so this isn’t an issue Don’t bother! Show details

Leaks on and off extremely untrust worthy – I was given this as a gift from my parents and it's wasn't cheap, what a waste of money. All the seals are in properly yet it still leaks half the time wasting hard worked for breastmilk not happy at all. Convenient but your baby will starve – I got the warmer gifted to me as a gift for the birth of my baby, used it a few times and worked perfect, now it can take up to 35 mins to warm up to the temp you want as it fluctuates so hope your baby isn’t hungry! Disappointed – I used it twice and it was great so I know i have assembled it correctly, now when I use it it turns on, then goes to the degrees it’s at (before it heats up) then an error code comes up!? I can’t seem to find what it means and it’s upsetting because I worry about going out places now where bub can’t have a warm bottle :( such an expensive buy for nothing and I can’t even return it as it was a baby shower gift so no receipt

Takes too long to heat – I have found this product quite useless for heating bottles. Took 25 minutes to get the bottle from fridge temp to only 30 degrees before I took it off. It’s far quicker to heat expressed breast milk in a cut of hot water at home and a thermos of hot water when out. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Great for night feeds – What I love about this warmer is that you can set it up before bed and then come that inevitible 2am feed the bottle is ready to go, no waiting!! The adaptor was fiddly to use though. Show details

Absolute crap! – I bought this after having an endless amount of ads in my feed. It was absolute crap, it only worked a handful of times, would never hold charge, take 20 minutes to heat the bottle and would often leak. Waste of money.

Leaks – I bought this bottle warmer from your website and the adaptor I used it for the first time Friday and again yesterday when out both times it had leaked! I lost water and then then couldn’t prepare the bottle properly as needed 100ml water to 2 scoops of formula leaving me only 90mls of water! Show details

Pretty happy – I really find this warmer handy to have and whilst its definitely not as fast as the plug electric warmer I have at home it is compact and fits tidily in my bag. When I first tried it I found it leaked but after I called customer service they referred me to the video instructions and that worked a treat. Show details

Lasted less than 24 hours – Purchased on the Friday, charged the device watched the videos on YouTube and read the instruction manual. leaking . their customer service has been responsive and sent advice but they haven’t solved the problem as I have sent several videos showing the issues and haven’t offered a replacement neither a refund . I feel frustrated and disappointed. I don’t recommend this product

Rubbish! – This product is absolute rubbish! I used the Pigeon wide neck adapter. Leaked the first time I used it, wasting precious breastmilk! Doesn't work compared to what is advertised – Bought the bottle warmer, followed the instructions and even watched the YouTube videos, but the portable bottle warmer does not warm the bottles. We are using pigeon bottles and even tried the dr Brown bottle. Neither are heating and then get slight leakage. a 2 pack of the bigger Avent bottles for $19. I will be using those and then tipping the warmed water into my original bottles. A bit more of a muck around but can still be used while traveling and off grid.

Not great – Leaks, can’t tighten the adaptor because it slips on the thread and it takes too long to heat milk. I got this product so I wouldn’t have to lug around hot water with me, unless we’ve got a faulty product you’ve got a great idea it just needs to be perfected.

Leaking problem – It’s always leak even you use the extra adapter. You can use only Event bottle with this portable bottle warmer only. I bought the adapter extra for Pegion bottles and hope it gonna work well because my boy can drink my breast milk from Pigeon bottles only. But it’s always leak.
