Lifetime Warranty rejected on 2yr old pans because we used heat to cook with. Despite using low gas to cook, as we do with our Scanpan and Crusinart pans the Circulon ones failed to be nonstick. The Circulon lifetime warranty seems to void at the Australian company responsible for Circulon Australia, (Meyer Cookware Australia) if you use heat to cook. The Scanpan and Crusinart are significantly better value for us. Show details
Our frypan only lasted a little over 12 mths, now it is not non-stick, Circulon will not honour their so called lifetime warranty saying we obviously overheated while cooking, which didn't. Show details
Follow-up · We just gave up, they won't honour their so called life time warranty.

I bought this large pan specifically for making schnitzel. With a family to feed, I wanted something big enough to cook an entire batch at once instead of standing at the stove doing multiple rounds in a small pan. The kids have schnitzel for dinner and leftovers for lunch over the next couple of days, so I decided to splurge when this pan went on… Read more
sale.
The pan is heavy, non-stick, and wasn’t cheap, even discounted. I expected it to save time and last for years. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.
After only 4–5 uses, the non-stick surface started deteriorating and food began sticking. I contacted Circulon, not to make a warranty claim, but simply to ask why this had happened and whether there was anything I could do to prevent it getting worse.
The response I received was a generic copy-and-paste email stating that the damage was not covered under warranty because the pan had been used on high heat for too long. The problem is that I cook schnitzel on the lowest setting and, yes, it may be on the stove for 50–60 minutes while I cook a large batch. Isn’t that exactly what a frying pan is designed for?
What disappointed me most wasn’t even the pan itself, it was the customer service. I wasn’t demanding a replacement or asking for a refund. I simply wanted some assistance and advice. Instead, I was immediately shut down with a warranty response that didn’t address my questions at all.
For a premium-priced product: brand I expected much better durability and much better customer support.
I put it in the big to increase waste. Dont bother with this brand, get better pan in Kmart.

perfect pan until it wasn't – I won this pan from a nz renowned chef (her fave pan). I have had a number of great years producing many meals without any hiccups and then I noticed the leak of oil left on my cooktop. I couldn't quite make out what was happening until I added water to the pan and videoed the result. the base has detached. what to do? in all other respects I adore everything about it. Show details
Do not offer lifetime warranty if you cannot commit – Purchased Style Hard Anodised Non-Stick Skillet Triple Pack 21+25+28cm. These pans are used frequently but not overheated. both 28cm and 21cm have stuck everything after 2 years use. Contacted CS (joke) and went through a lot of discussions, CS said it was overheated - a simple answer without realizing their warranty. Cant trust Circulon any more.… Read more
Can't trust so call "Lifetime warranty". Very misleading advertisement. 1) not that high quality 2) not hassle free
Nonstick rubbish – Cirulon c series definitely wouldn’t buy it again definitely not nonstick my [Content Removed] Show details
Truly non stick and cook wonderfully – We took a chance on these pans when Myer had them on sale. We spent ages choosing a Cooks Collective skillet which we don't like. We love the Circulon pans, they cook well and the non stick surface is good Show details

Non stick does not last, rude customer service – We purchased the 5 piece Circulon Contemp set from Harris Scarfe February 2017. The pots are still fine, but that’s because they aren’t used regularly, the 2 pans on the other hand lost their non-stick feature very quickly. We had the larger pan replaced, then the smaller pan slowly lost it’s non-stick a month or two later, so we followed up on… Read more
the original chain and their response was pretty rude saying they couldn’t relate the cause to manufacturing defects, but that they “will be replacing your product as a once-off goodwill gesture.”
So now we’ve had the replacement pan for about a year and it’s again lost any bit on non-stick. We haven’t bothered trying to get this replaced again because our last claim was a “one-off goodwill gesture” so obviously we will be denied. We followed their recommendations for cleaning and use to the letter, but we’re also told in this email that basically future claims will be void.
This product will not last 10 years, it will last you 1 with regular use and you will deal with rude customer service if you make a claim.
We will not be buying circulon again.
Very good product Backed by a Great Warranty – We bought a Circulon All Purpose 26cm /4.2L Open Chefs Pan from Chef’s in November 2011 (6 years ago) While we were very happy with the pan for a number of years, it has started sticking over the last year or two and was getting progressively worse. We noticed this particularly when we are cooking scrambled eggs and rice-based dishes such as… Read more
risottos. We are careful when using it and use non-metal utensils such as silicon spoons. We are fairly careful not to overheat it and clean it carefully. Just recently we cleaned the surface by boiling a little dish washer powder dissolved in water for about 5 minutes, the water discolored which means it must have been removing some residue and it made a small improvement, but didn’t solve the sticking problem.
We were looking at some other pans in a Stevens Kitchen Shop a few days ago and mentioned the problem we were having to the sales person. We said we were not keen to buy Circulon again because of the problem we had had with our existing pan. She suggested we make a warranty claim as the pan has a “Life time customer satisfaction guarantee”. We contacted Circulon Customer Support and after emailing some photos as requested, were offered a replacement pan. They didn’t have our model in stock, but offered us the next size up, complete with lid.
I tend to be fairly cynical about “Lifetime Warranties”, But I have been more than impressed with Circulon’s customer service. It was fast, efficient and we look forward to receiving our replacement pan. We have certainly changed our minds and would buy Circulon again. Many thanks to Allison at Circulon Customer Support.
Now I understand what non-stick truly means ! SO easy to clean ! – After years of purchasing supermarket non-stick fry pans, I now know what non-stick truly means with the Circulon Symmetry skillet. To test it out I started with eggs, which turn out beautifully and slide right out of the pan without having to use any oils. I then moved to making fry dishes with seafood and then meats and have had the same… Read more
perfect results every time. When the recipe calls for oil I use a small amount to quickly fry chilli's or garlic and then add the meats & veggies. The skillet is so easy to clean, even just a wipe with a damp cloth does the trick after cooking eggs or rinse under warm water with detergent takes just seconds.
After 6 months of use, absolutely nothing has stuck to the pan and the coating is still in the same condition as the day I purchased it - no scratches or marks.
The fry pans I used to purchase from the supermarket would never be truly non-stick from day one and therefore within a few months they look dirty and the coating surface starts to come off when you try to clean them. Knowing that the coating surface is likely coming off while I am cooking food is extremely unappealing and probably not healthy. That worry is now gone with the Circulon Symmetry.
I purchased on sale for half price and a number of online and retail stores regularly have it on sale at the same price. That makes it approx. double the price of the supermarket ones but totally worth it in my view considering peace of mind of no coating in my food and based on the performance so far it should easily last more than double the time of the others, making the Circulon Symmetry a sensible $ purchase.

Best pans Ive ever used! – Best pans Ive ever owned. Still non sticknafter a few yrs of use. My Scan pans all ended up in the bin becoming sticky within a few weeks. I have different circulon pans and they are all bloody fantastic. My handles dont get hot like some reviews mentioned. It’snthe only brand I will buy after yrs of trial and errors with other brands. Just bought mybdaughter a whole set Show details
Great quality, long lasting, minor colour blemishes – Have had ours for over 10 years and still going great. Also had Circulon infinite that lasted well over 7 years but the Professional range is more durable. I wouldn't recommend dishwasher purely because it blemishes/taints the pans.

Cannot fault this frypan! – After bad experiences with many other brands of non-stick cookware, I thought I’d give it one last go with Circulon’s latest iteration: Innovatum. So glad I did! This frypan is outstanding. It really is non-stick, it gives a great browning despite being very light and is just so easy to clean. Plus, it’s really versatile, transferring easily to… Read more · 1
the oven mid cook. You don’t even need an oven mitt as the handle stays cool. The ribbed surface is great for fish and surprisingly also makes for the best pancakes. I cannot believe I am finally recommending a non-stick pan!

New Circulon Cookware Set a big let down – Have had Circulon pots for many years, so decided to buy a new set as non stick was starting to come off old pots. First use, and I am so disappointed, I used the same way as old pots, which were quite fast to heat up, half an hour later and new post is still not boiling, and steamer on top is cold! I don't want to wait that long, and it is a… Read more
waste of electricity. As these are not cheap, I expected better, I might have to trade them for a cheap set that works!
Circulon do not backup their Warranties – Circulon weasel out of warranty & support by claiming you overheat your products. Where I do like the product, they want you to only use a maximum of medium heat on your pans to cook food to broil not Fry what you are cooking!! Also the so called support team (incorrectly named) cannot recognise when the coating was missing (one 20CM pan) from an area to avoid replacing the pan; From at least 3 different orders over 5 years Show details
Poor non stick qualities – My Circulon frying pan is definitely NOT non stick as within a short time of ownership the non stick surface ceased to function. It cannot be fully cleaned despite careful use and following the use instructions. Also on some Circulon saucepans I own, the silicon heat insulators on the lid ruptured soon after purchase. Overrated and overpriced junk.

Handle on pot lid gets to hot to touch – Edited... Updated review: After less than a year the nonstick coating inside and around the rim of the pot had started to peel, I took the pots back to Stevens and got a refund. handle on the pot Lid gets so hot that you cannot touch it without getting burnt what's confusing is that the pot is what sits on the stove element yet the handles on the pot do not have the same issue.I could understand it being hot if it has been in the oven but not on the stove. I contacted Circulon and explained my situation and was told that this is normal and that I should use an oven mit when handling the lid. I am mortified this is clearly a health and safety issue. I have never had to use an oven mit to handle any of my scanpan pot lids.

Has served very well – Purchased this pan 6 months ago and it is still going very well. I am pedantic with my cleaning of all non stick pans and they are never left unclean overnight etc. However, even with my ritualistic cleaning efforts some pans failed to maintain their claims as nonstick and long-lasting. This one is not one of them. Circulon states they can be… Read more
dishwasher safe but I have not tried that. I believe all similar pans are high maintenance and that is part of the responsibility of owning them. This pan compared to another similar brand, used over the same amount of time, has overperformed and maintains its nonstick past the time in comparison under the same conditions in the same household. Check the attached photos to see the lack of change to the surface of the pan after 6 months of almost everyday use. I highly recommend this brand and this pan.
would not recommend – The pans are absolutely ridiculous, the handle is much heavier than the pan. Even when I put water in it, it still does not have balance. I had water in the pan on the stove and when i let go for one second it suddenly flipped and the water went into our gas stove tops, causing us to lose power and have no electricity in the whole house. Now Made In China! – I’ve been purchasing Circulon for over 20 years so I was dumbfounded when my new and expensive set of pans deteriorated within a year. So far, great pots 'n' pans! – Every time I hear 'Circulon' I think of Calculon from Futurama. I bought the Innovatum range about two months ago. I had just moved, thrown out my pots 'n' pans, and needed a new set. It was on special then. Lo and behold, I've read some nasty but also good reviews. I'm more on the positive side. I've cooked, fried and roasted the crap out of… Read more
these things. Except for one occasion, nothing stuck or burnt. That one occasion was 'eggs'. I don't know why but eggs seem to leave some black goo. But it can be cleaned easily with a sponge and dishwashing liquid. The metal heats up quickly, the heat is uniform and so far, nothing has discolored. Not that I'd consider myself a chef...but I make some pretty good food. Also, the rubber on the handles don't get hot. Overall, good stuff.
Absolutely terrible – I bought the 3 frying pan pack. They lasted 3 months, the food sticks on them, they are stained, very, very poor quality. I won't recommend to anyone. I already filled a complaint, but I didn't receive a reply. Show details

No longer usable – Have had this set for around 6 months so far. They are structurally well built however the non stick coating is nearly non existent and the circular design makes it impossible to clean easily. The metal handles (understandably) get very hot including the longer handles. Show details

Appalling quality – Within only weeks of purchasing the saucepan set, they all had stains on the outside that were impossible to remove and looked awful. Within months the non stick surface was wearing away revealing the stainless steel underneath. Apart from being annoyed at the poor quality of such a reputable brand, the inevitable ingestion of the non stick compound is concerning. I have now gone back to stainless steel (a different brand) for safety reasons! Show details

Sadly they are NOT non-stick! – I bought a set of 3 Circulon frying pans from Myer - not a cheap purchase. They were only non- stick for a short time then everything began to stick and I had to use more and more olive oil or butter to prevent sticking which defeats the purpose. I never have the pans on high heat and always clean them carefully. I’m very disappointed in the product. Such a shame as I had great expectations of these pans. Show details
