These so called three months worth are --- 3/4 the size of the actual balm - not entire tube - of a Nivea lip balm tube in length and HALF the thickness I took multiple photos of this

There's NO WAY POSSIBLE they last 3 months - if applying to TEN finger nails not possible They're in a cheap - white box - with nothing but a black sticker saying Imported by: GLOBAL SHOP DIRECT ABN: 19 663 414 713

that's it - a "no Names" - "Generic " white box & 2 identical tubes - with identical writings - identical instructions- saying "APPLY TO DRY & CLEAN NAIL " ( even though 1 is supposed to follow the other ) No instructions- anywhere as to which is 1st / 2nd - do you wait - apply immediately - wait until dry - wait an hour - apply daily- weekly- nothing THIS I PAID $50 for - 2 cheap & nasty looking tubes that might last a month- MIGHT - yet they claim will last 3 months ! NOT POSSIBLE

Then the woman on the phone- instead of just giving me the address- keeps asking me questions

Their own TOS: "Customer may, if not satisfied with the Product for any reason, return within 30 days"

YET - I kept getting asked WHY - when I explained a dozen times - I am unhappy & too tiny & looked cheap & nasty

why keep asking me to actually try it - when it's a gift? a gift that I needed for a birthday in middle of Nov- but it took them 40 days to deliver and not once did they contact me via email or anything - letting me know the product was held up no- I get the fine print quote of "can take up to 28 days " well- not 28 days - 40 days and they were still selling on TV when they had zero stock in Australia

P.S. I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM - this is unbelievable they want me to resell it or give it away are they kidding me this is a C&P

Posted registered mail - lucky, as It went missing Postage was a LETTER postage charge of $2 + registered mail So, I paid less than $7 to have a signature, yet a business that gets a discount & can reclaim tax benefits charged me $10 for what equals LESS THAN a $2 stamp I won't be buying anything with this TV company, again This was a disgrace Every time I see the photos on my phone, I get angry that it took 40 days, with ZERO contact from them, to receive a $2 shop looking item - which I paid $60 for & then, within same day - try to get a return address, to be not answered, no reply & when I finally do - asked repeatedly WHY ! Why not resell or give as a gift ???? How many times do I have to explain I bought as a gift ! No - I am not reselling rubbish

Absolutely disgusting service & disgusting product

Yes I am still angry over this rubbish So fed up with Australia being ripped off- when same company sells this in USA for less than $20 BUT charges us $50 This happens with everything- they put everything up 150% Rip off - 150% Mark up - Plus $10 shipping is a rip off for a generic packed item !
