Am having problems with the Saturn 4000 fascia plates falling off. It seems they fascia is primarily attached with a sticky tape ? The items are just out of warranty period so doubt if I could make any claim. Does anyone else who's had this same problem, have any solutions to suggest ?

Clipsal Saturn One Touch. Does anyone know how to reset these when they stop working after power outage? I vaguely remember it was something like holding the button for 10 seconds or needing to remove and reclip the faceplate... but this is not currently working. I did something like this a while back and it worked. Any help welcome?

Anyone know how to reprogram the Saturn switches so that they illuminate when switched off?

I thought this was automatic, I wanted to turn halo light off for one of my bedrooms and electrician said they can turn on/off. Have you got a faulty switch?

No it's not faulty, my 3 year old son has fiddled with the buttons and now one LED is glowing and the other is not. I've tried googling many video tutorials however unsuccessful in finding my answer. My OCD is kicking in and this one particular set of buttons is getting to me with one LED glowing and the other not.

Do you have basic Clipsal Saturn switches, or a C-bus connected system. If the former, the state of the LED is hardwired by your electrician by the way they connect secondary wires attached to the mechs. The state can be always on, always off, on when the switch is on, or on when the switch is off. It could be that a wire has become disconnected, in which case you need to get your electrician back to fix it.

If the latter, you might have reprogram the mech in the C-bus system.
