Where is the reset button!
The Smart Pet Feeder can be reset by pressing and holding the 'feed' button for 5 seconds until a sound is heard. A reset will erase all settings and data on the Smart Pet Feeder and return it to its original factory settings
This product has been really good but suddenly stoped the camera has stopped working tried to reset the device but device won’t reset no matter how long I hold the auto feed button, has this happened to anyone else?

If my wifi is off does the pet feeder keep the scheduled feeding? My one doesn't. I think it should continue the schedule. Any comments?
My new pet feeder keeps saying it is offline and then I have to switch it off to reset it. then it connects and after sometimes... same thing, It continues to stay offline. The Pet Feeder has it's own hotspot ID..... how do you keep it connected to your mobile once you are outside your home. I have an iphone 11 and when I go outside my home, the phone automatically connects to the mobile data and the pet feeder will not come online. any suggestions before I return this and buy a better one that can keeps it's connectivity. Thanks
It's not the feeder. If you leave your home, the hot spot connection ends. You need permanent wifi.
Hi Steve, This happens while I am also at home, the pet feeder goes offline.
The pet feeder is connected to permanent WiFi at home at all times. so when we go out of the home, it should be connect to the WiFi and I should be able to feed my pet remotely. correct

delete it from your app then reinstall it. Mine did the same thing...
I have NBN and the feeder and camera work fine. But the issue I have is the sound quality. I cant use it because it screeches and echoes. It is so loud. Does any one know how to fix this problem?

Does this product work with NBN?
Yes it will work with NBN, as the NBN is just your home router's connection to the internet. It is your home router (ie modem) that is providing the local WiFi that this device uses and like all smart devices, it will connect to your local 2.4Ghz WiFi. Your router can be configured to provide both a 2.4 and a 5Ghz local WiFi.
