VerifiedCan I pay my source card at a coles supermarke
I am after credit limit reassessment and was told to email Coles MasterCard & then told I would have someone get back to me in 24 - 48 hours......that was 27th JUne, 2022, guess what still waiting. Who do I contact to speak to in regards to this as every time I call I get the same answer that someone will get back to me. Help

Have you tried the online website (osc)? You should be able to increase your credit limit there under "manage my cards"
How do I change my pin
I have a number of purchases made on my account that I haven't made. I have been trying to get help from this company since the 26th May and have not been able to get a human to speak to without having to go to hell and back. today i have wasted over an 1 hour of my time and have still got nowhere. now i am reverting to this while i am yet again on hold. this is just not good enough
If I've made a purchase for x amount and the same product goes on sale in couple of days, can I ask for refund of the difference?
Not sure how is this question related to Coles MasterCard, however, to answer your question in general if you have received the product, opened and used it then the life-cycle of the process has been completed (i.e. pay, received, and used). In general, some supermarkets may have certain returned policy where you are mistaken or not satisfied with the product you bought and if it is unopened you can bring it back for the full refund.
What I am unable to discover about Coles Master card is, if you are in credit with them do you get any interest on that money?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. To my knowledge no Credit Card provider will ever admit that you are entitled to interest if you ever go into credit. In short don't give them any more than required to zero your balance and never pay earlier than just before the required payment date.

Arrrr yes. Remember this is not owned or operated by COLES, they just sold their name to make some quick easy bucks. This whole Credit scheme is owned by G.E. Finance and you will be scrutinized and given a credit limit they deem safe to them. Any increases of your credit limit can only be applied for after each 12 month period and subject to their same scrutiny. Remember....carefully review every statement you get, G.E. Finance has a habit of hitting you with sneaky fees and interest. In short, Beware!!!!!

does anyone have a problem with this? I bought something from Groupon AUs and google play and i was charged with some ridiculous transaction fee!!! it doesnt make sense at all!
If it doesn't make sense then it's another SHONKY way of fleecing you. Don't bother ringing the Assistance number on your card - that goes to India. Ring G.E. Finance in Australia...the one they don't want you to ring.....Complaints Team 1300369340. Download the Policy in the Forms link and then get then to stipulate exactly where they claim they can charge you that fee. Chances are they can't. If you still have any doubt get onto the Banking Ombudsman's office to lodge a complaint.
