1 Kylie Azzopardi  · Rusted after only a month – This has got to the worst roasting dish I’ve ever seen. How can they even get away with making this is beyond me
1 Lynn  · Baking pan – The coating is peeling of, very disappointed, I wash it by hand with plastic scouring pad. What now.
1 Olga D.  · Coles masterchef baking dish – First use and the coating has lifted in various places can't contact manufacturer.
1 Rosie  · Disappointed – Not impressed ! Save long and hard for credits to find out nothing left
1 Jane  · Masterchef scam – Very sad I have a total of over 100 points 3 wks before promotion ends and no stock. Shame on Coles
1 Elizabeth K.  · No Cookware stock in stores – Please remove the Cookware Credits from the docket. There is no stock left to redeem the points. Very disappointing.

Used the large 28cm frypan. Cooked 2 fried eggs without using any oil etc. It stuck like glue. Very disappointing. Not Non stick at all. I had to use baking soda and vinegare to loosen then used a non scratch pad . To clean. So terrible. Should not be advertised as non stick. Won't bother with next promotion on cookware. Show details

This cookware promotion is exactly the same as last time. At that time I got both the small and the large frying pans. But when I use them, the handles are too hot to hold without a cloth. Same thing this time - they have not learnt. I have well… Read more

over 100 "credits" but will just let them expire without cashing any of them in. I did need to replace two frying pans so went and bought them from Woolworths - they both have sensible heatproof handles!

Follow-up  · The handles get hot because they are made of similar metal to the pan. there is no insulating material to stop this.

I have only just got around to using my masterchef frying pan and burned my hand picking it up last week. My husband used it today and sloshed a large volume of boiling water from it after picking it up and dropping it because of the superheated handle. Luckily it wasn't hot oil and also no small kids in the kitchen. Reluctantly we have put it in… Read more

the bin to avoid further accidents, such a pity and a waste as it functioned perfectly well as a frypan, but you had to remember to use an oven mit to pick it up which made it too dangerous to risk continued use.

Extremely dangerous. Non stick base liquified and burst into flames – I reported this, to the Company. but never even got a reply. i sent a similar message about it to Coles,  who basically brushed it off, thanking me for letting them know.... BUT The "non stick" pan surface liquified and burst into flames when i was heating it to stirfry with.  It could have burnt me and/or burnt my house down! They are… Read more

extremely dangerous, but no one seems to be interested.. On my second attempt to report this product to Coles, filling in their official Complaints form, i still got no real person reply, but received a new pan in the mail. Nothing with it, didn't know it was coming. Obviously just a way to make it go away. I'm not game to use it, i threw it in the bin.

Rubbish product – I used the roasting pan for the second time to cook a roast pork. I used a wooden scraper to take the baked on stuff and the black covering has peeled away. It's absolutely a waste of money considering you needed 100 Flybuy points to get it. How do we get a refund on this product? Show details

Great frying pan – I don’t ever bother to shop anywhere for the ‘freebies’. It’s always a ripoff. I just happened to accumulate the points and picked up the frying pan. It’s a wonderful non stick pan. Better than scan pans I’ve purchased previously. Nothing sticks, cleans well and cooks evenly. Sad to hear others haven’t had a similar experience. Show details

Pleasantly surprised – I first got the 26cm frypan and it worked great on my induction cooktop. I haven't experienced hot handles or any flaking. I've cooked everything from steak to pancakes. I went back and got the 20cm pan and that's been great too. I've only had them around a month now so can't speak for longevity but very happy so far. Also got the utensil pack… Read more

(didn't really need but wanted to spend the points lol) and the spoon is at a weird angle - nearly a ladle and awkward to use but the spatula was fine.

Too small for Curtis recipes – You have to laugh, I finally found my $100 bonus grill pan and been looking forward to using recipes. But it's tiny!! $100 no way. It would barely fit dinner for 2.. Don't dish a gift, but disappointed with the recipes provided in coles magazine that just don't fit.

Danger - Do not buy/use. Burn risk high – The heat transfers to the metal handle immediately. You WILL burn your hand if you touch the handle. This should be recalled. Class action territory. Show details

WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE!!! – Yes, the quality is indeed poor, the coating comes off after hardly any usage, but more crucially... WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS, MASTERCHEF!!! You cannot endanger people's lives this way!!! BOYCOTT MASTERCHEF!!! Show details

WARNING!! THE TEFLON COATING PEELS OFF – Very disappointed with these pans, we saved up all our points in the promotion to get this set. After only a few uses the Teflon bubbled and peeled off the bottom on an induction top and my family consumed it in a stirfry :( Reading back through the reviews this appears to have been a problem for the last 2 years and Coles have done nothing. I… Read more

have contacted Coles and they don't care, giving me standard responses about burning myself on the handle?? Clearly didn't even read my email properly and I have had to chase them for answers for several weeks now. I think these should be recalled, they are sub quality as they are a promotional item and I'm very concerned we have consumed it as it is a known cargonegenic. :( Very disappointed with Coles response, or lack of. I'm thinking of following up with a consumer watchdog, this is a serious safety risk and they have sold so many :(

Roasting tray. Waste of money – Finally got my roasting tray and can’t believe it’s too big for my oven. My oven is a standard sized oven, not a compact size and the tray is too long and wide. Don’t even bother. Waste of money. Show details

Masterchef Baking dish – I used the baking dish as stated in the instructions and on the first use of baking pork it's already started to lose its non stick coating. The metal handles are not a good idea as I accidently grabbed them and burnt my thumb and 2 fingers. Show details

Deliberate scam – My local Coles removed all the MasterChef items from the shelves the night the points collection phase ended, even though the redeeming period had weeks to run, thus denying me and everyone else a chance to collect the items in the promised timeframe Show details

Loyal customer no longer – What a scam. I have 100 points and nothing is available. Coles, you loose another customer. This is not how a business should reward loyalty to shop.

Scam! – Obviously everybody is experiencing the same issue. Coles made us collect points after points to know that we have been lured into spending thousands of dollars and there isn’t anymore cookware to be redeemed.

Disappointed – The cookware promotion is amounts to nothing but a con. Customers spent their money in good faith to earn credits, but the rewards ran out long before even the earning period ended. Customers have fulfilled there part, Coles have not. I will not be lured into spending my shopping dollars for a Coles promotion again.

Stop running "lure and scam" campaigns – How is it even legal to get people into a campaign that organization cannot commit to deliver. Customers would be better off shopping elsewhere if they knew Coles wouldn't be able to supply enough or allow to redeem the credits accumulated by spending hundreds and thousands of dollars in their stores. Show details

Disappointing Masterchef promo – Very disappointed that Coles have run out of Masterchef cookware stock more than a month before the Masterchef marketing program concludes. It is not as if they have not run this program in the past and know how popular it is. Just disappointed in the way Coles marketing department has conducted this marketing program. It does not reflect well on Coles or on Masterchef. Oh well, a new customer for Woolworths. Show details
