Firmware wont update and no tech support unless you create a Fan Zone account – The hardware itself looks and feels great BUT the firmware won't update. It says its installed but then keeps telling me the same update (v47 from v44) is available. Tried the website support page but there is no help available unless you create an account and join their club, leaving you open to endless spam. I feel so sucked in. Avoid Coolermaster.
