Not what you would expect for the money – While none can argue that this keyboard is aesthetically pleasing, it is not on a level that justifies the price. The software for creating and editing the macros is terrible, unintuitive and bug-ridden. The backlight LEDs are cheap and faulty. I have progressively watched them blink out one by one on random keys. Corsair have accepted a return but at my cost to ship back to China. Quite expensive and then you're left without a keyboard for a time.

The mechanical keys themselves have a good feel and the build quality is reasonable, but overall bad design in key areas really dampens this keyboard's potential.

My previous Keyboard was a logitech G-Series and while it had its own issues - It worked flawlessly on a technical level for 2+ years.

My advice is to look elsewhere until Corsair sorts out their quality issues. Sleek aluminium, nice key response, aesthetics Terrible software, faulty LEDs, bad customer support, unintuitive design, only 1x USB port on back

Fantastic Keyboard – Being a person who has previously used other Mechanical Keyboards, as well as Rubber-Dome Keyboards, I had to choose something that provided both tactile feedback, as well as supreme comfort in the aim of the game. Due to the simple Cherry MX Red Mechanical Switches, the keyboard is both fast, quiet, and easy to type on, as well as comfortable for those long periods.

Featuring adjustable LED backlighting, 3 software customisable profiles, 18 macro keys, and media controls; you really can't go wrong.

The majority of the keyboard is made of a brushed aluminium plating, which not only makes it easy to clean of marks and spills, but easy to clean between and under the keys with relatively low maintenance.

I'm just going to have to recommend this to everyone. Especially gamers. Fast, light, backlit, quiet, easy, and reliable. The price is a tad high, and the function, and macro keys do not use mechanical key switches.
