Terrible – Extensions tookk months to arrive. Didnt receive glue and tape I paid for. they wouldn’t reply to any of my emails.

were too resistant. My extensions didn’t last me a week before the tape bonds were coming loose, by two weeks I had no choice but to fully remove my extensions as I had so much fall out.

I wouldn’t recommend these extensions to anyone. Not worth the money.

I ordered hair extensions from here and I never received anything – Worst service ever I ordered hair extensions they never arrived never replied to my emails ! Until today I haven't got my money back or the extensions I emailed so many times still nothing. I dunno how please are allowed to run a business like this.

Pay for a product and get nothing! SCAM! – Worst company ever! Didn't reply with emails didn't send the product! 3 weeks later and I haven't heard anything! I still don't have what I have paid for let alone a response letting me know it's sent and a tracking no. Don't waste your time or money! It's a joke this company!

Disgusting service no item received – Ordered 3 weeks ago no response! Emailed everyday and facebooked them I am so upset that I spent my money on this. It's a disgusting business who just steal from you. Never ever purchase from them.

excellent – The only extension brand I will ever use. So nice and thick, they aren't double drawn but taper out only slightly at the ends so give a really nice natural look without being ratty at all. Really soft also. Cheapest hair extensions online besides ebay which is obviously horrible. Def recommend

best hair extensions – just received my second set of clip ins from couture and they are just as amazing as my last set. they really are the thickest extensions ive ever had and the price is unbelievable. they have a really good range of colours, and the colour photos online are really accurate, ive never had to exchange them but they do offer that option. also never had a problem with postage or customer service. 10/10 from me

10/10 – At the end of the day most people coming on here is only going to do it if they have something bad to say, the majority of it seems like could just be postal issues. The quality is perfect every time, not once has a client complained or have we had a dry tangled batch like most other brands I've tied, and I always get my orders (which are generally quite large) within a few days to a week. If you want overnight postage, go for another brand, but if you are after quality that will last up to a year and are willing to wait a few days, I couldn't recommend couture enough.

Awful – Been 6 weeks and I still have not received my extensions and have not responded to any of my emails.

not bad – they have a great range of products and the quality is really good, especially for the price. mentioned the thickness of their clip ins is unbeatable compared to other brands, especially for the price.

great hair, great service – got my extensions within 2 days, perfect colour match and they are extremely thick. 100% indian human remy hair, hard to find TRUE indian hair these days, but these are definitely what they advertise. all round happy with my purchase and will purchase again :)

Scam! Fake! – Would not buy from this company! It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order from hair extensions and still haven't recieved anything! They have only responded to one email, and have ignored everything else I've sent! Save yourself and money and DO NOT buy from here! They look legit but they are deff not!!!!!

Good value for money – Qualities pretty good for what you're paying, best I've found in the price range. Like other reviewer said thickest too. Been buying off them for years and never had problems, they have a good range of balayage and widest range of clip ins and colours I've found for my clients.

Terrible service! Con Artists!! – I ordered a set of 16" extensions over 2 months ago. I was charged for them and then received no extensions!! mail and will re send (twice) then I got 2 emails 2 weeks apart saying they would get me the tracking number for the latest set they sent a month ago!
