I have always loved this cookware but have found the 2025 are terrible, I bought 2 frypans this year so not to miss out the following year but the surface is not the same as previous years, it burns and is really hard to clean! Show details
All stick after 5th use, 4months old – Hard anodized non stick wok steamer combo ….. everything sticks after 5 th use. Used 4 times only as a steamer then the 5th time stir fry and lo and behold - oyster sauce burnt on and can’t be cleaned without abrasive or harsh chems. Was able to scrape a bit off with my finger nail but that’s not the way it should have to be done. Only ever hand washed, only used nylon utensils. Cant express how disappointed I am in this product. Disappointed – I had purchased the Crofton nonstick wok. After some use I noticed the nonstick surface had flaked . I use wooden spoons which apparently caused damage. So unless you change the way you cook I wouldn't recommend using this cookware. It seems very unstable, and ingesting the nonstick coating could lead to bad circumstance . Show details

Unsafe – The frypans I have are dangerous 2022 model the rivets that hold the handle on have a cap on them when heated on gas stove they explode shooting into the air very dangerous. Show details
One use, it started peeling… I wonder how much we ate before washing the turkey pan & found that!!! Gross – Terrible product…would never purchase again. Peeled and bubbled after one use. Show details

Great Saute pan .. I recommend Crofton pans – Aagghh..after noting the knockers of this product ie;the Saute pan I can't help wondering what temperature they are setting the pan at? because my 24cm SAUTE Pan is amazing .I got it from ALDI for $19.95 and I was guarded in my purchase...mainly due to all the adverse comments/reviews ..I didn't need to worry however because it has just completed… Read more
its first meal ...Osso Bucco ...and I can honestly say it is the best SAUTE Pan I ever have had. .. ps...and I have a Le Crueset saute pan !!! It cooked the meat to a wonderfully tender state due to the best fitting glass lid I have EVER used ,and the handles are warm but I handled them bare-handed ... and therein lies the secret... Rule #1... NEVER overheat ANY anodised pan .rather begin slowly and build the heat slowly...and BE PATIENT ..and at the beginning NEVER go past 50% (1/2) the temperature..eg; if the highest heat is 9 ..then begin at 4 or 5 ...and slowly DECREASE THE HEAT TO 3..OR EVEN 2! Also be observant...don't set and forget! or you might find a "burnt offering " in your pan..and should this occur then do NOT blame the pan... rather give yourself an uppercut! and this goes for most pans whether they be cast iron , stainless steel or whatever .
xxx I have just washed my pan and it is "like new" .
Bad Quality – I bought a Crofton frying pan and two matching saucepans from Aldi earlier this year. I was expecting them to be of pretty good quality, as they came with a quality guarantee, but unfortunately, it didn't take long for the knobs to become detached from the saucepan lids, and the handles becoming detached from them as well. As I liked them, I… Read more
simply retightened the lids on the two saucepans, but I couldn't do the same for the loose handles, as they could not be fixed.
Unfortunately though, no matter how many times I tightened the lids, they just kept coming loose again and it happened again as I was cooking dinner tonight.
I am disappointed with the quality of this brand of cookware and I will be returning them to my local Aldi store for a full refund as they are less than 12 months old.
In my opinion, the loose handles pose a serious health and safety risk because if someone is cooking with hot oil and they go to move the saucepan, and the handle breaks off, a person could get seriously hurt.
Incredibly good and cheaper – I bought a stoneware deep sided frying pan from Aldi about 6 weeks ago, with a glass lid without any aluminum edging which is a good water catcher when washing them. My non-stick frying pan was losing it coating after so many years so needed replacing. I had been looking for good stoneware replacement but at $60 and up, it was out of my range.… Read more · 1
Aldi had them with high sides for $25 each. So I bought two that day instead of one at another another store for over $60. It is brilliant. nothing sticks to it, wipe out to clean prior to washing. Its a heavy pan with multiple bases locked in, that takes a little while to heat up, but once it does, you can turn off the gas/electric and it will keep on cooking. Absolute the best investment I have made in a long time. Every fortnight now when we go shopping, I check to see if they have any others of various sizes, but not yet.
I am suitably impressed and now use it everyday. Ideal for stirfry's, casseroles, and general cooking. Thanks Aldi for a great product and at less than half price of anywhere else.
I no longer have the receipt for the frying pan but I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for stoneware. Go for Aldi's "Crompton" range, even their saucepans are a cut above the rest and at a reasonable price.

Best ever – The crouton non stick frying pans are the absolute best. They are wonderful to cook with, do not stick at all and so easy to clean. Handles don’t get very hot, and they are not that heavy. I love them Show details
Great Pans and look great – Got a couple of hard anodised saucepans from Aldi. Good looking pans with glass lids and stainless steal handles, to replace my 11 year old telfon ones. Aldi pans we $20 each and my old set of 3 cost me $220 Aldi ones are a clear winner, better heat, stronger design and better looking. Well worth the $20! Show details
Crofton 28" Pan-Best Ever Non-Stick – It's my most expensive pan ($20?)to date as I usually pay below $10 as I regularly throw them out once the non stick starts peeling. Surprisingly the non-stick is amazing. Best I've ever bought or tried. As a result, I'm using even less cooking oil than usual. It's incredible for cooking crispy wrappings of Yaki-gyoza, just like the restaurants in Japan. Insane value for money. Kudos to Aldi!! Show details

Stain’s very easily – The cooking surface is kind of ordinary only had it a few months and it’s starting to show signs of ware, the outside started to stain after the first couple of uses, and no matter what I do to clean it it is still discoloured and go all brown Very disappointing for an Aldi product Show details

All good- but – I have an 18cm ceramic saucepan with lid. I was so impressed with it I bought one for my caravan, along with a frying pan. My biggest problem is the heat of the lid handle. The saucepan and frying pan handles stay cool to touch, whatever length of time they are on the stove. Not the handles on the lids. I almost burned myself the first time I… Read more
used the saucepan, presuming that if I was able to hold the item by the handle, the small handle on the lid would also be heat resistant. Quite dangerous when the user takes the saucepan from the heat and attempts to use the lid to drain the contents of the saucepan. I learned my lesson the hard way.
Crofton cookware glass lid shattered WARNING! – Purchased crofton glass lid pot and glass shattered whilst cooking and had to throw out what I cooked ......NOT HAPPY ALDI! Why is there not a warning if its defected!

Aldi's carbon steel Wok is really bad quality! – Aldi's carbon steel Wok is really bad quality! It described non stick Wok! However, it came off after a few times used it! As safety reasons that Aldi shouldn't be selling these poorer products for consumers to use it at all! Show details
Used to be great (ceramic variant) – Bought one years ago (ceramic) and it is still wonderful They've changed how they make them and now the coating lasts about 2 cooks and they are rubbish even with lots of oil now The new one is already in the bin Show details
Crofton ceramic frypan or as I call it EVERYTHING STICKS – Everything sticks. Cooked sausages and at every turn they stuck to surface. Cleaning is crazy as it is not non stick trust me. So much energy and it still looks dirty after cleaning. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND. Aldi Reynella South Australia should be giving everyone who bought this item a credit at minimum. Show details
Toxic!! – I used the pink fry pan from Aldi. First use, the handle is melting. I’m trying to cook for my family while breathing in toxic melting plastic. It’s unfortunate because the plan itself is good but I can’t use it because of the melting plastic. Show details
Non stick frying pan Crofton – Used once and everything stuck to it. Tried several times but it's just useless. Should be renamed EVERYTHING STICKS frying pan. Also just burns the pan black but food remains uncooked. Show details
Non-stick coating degrades rapidly – 14" Wok. Got this at Aldi. Non-stick coating started coming off after first use, now it degrades with every concurrent use. Have never used metal utensils on it, only plastic. Rusting where the coating came off. Do not buy. Show details
Coating came off first use! – The coating they use (Teflon or whatever it is) came off while cooking in it the very first time!! DO NOT BUY. I bought the wok pan. I am going to attempt to return it tomorrow. Show details

Useless frying pan – After 6 or so times using this pan the food started to stick to it badly therefore having to soak the pan to get off . Used it once more , same thing and now it’s in the bin. Useless. Previous pan lasted years and only bought this for the price. Avoid if ever on special Show details
Waste of Money – My Aldi frying pan lasted about four months before the "non-stick" surface turned into a everything-stick surface and became uncleanable. Had to throw it out. Very disappointing from Aldi and a total waste of money. Show details
Not non-stick – After 3rd use, while frying eggs with a little coconut oil, on power setting 3, always using non-stick utensils and non-scouring cleaning options, the eggs stuck, leaving a rough patch. Show details
Non-stick coating not durable – Bought from ALDI just over two months ago. After a couple of uses using wooden utensils as with my other pans, there are already long big scratches on the non-stick layer exposing the metal underneath! Otherwise it works okay without needing to use high heat or much oil. Easy to clean. Sadly, don't have the receipt anymore so cannot bring back to the store for refund. Poor quality. Show details
non stick superb – very non stick pan...no down sides. I'd buy again if I could find them....they're sold out....hello, they are sold out..handle is fine, they clean easily to like new I like them
Think again before you buy this from Aldi supermarket – I bought crofton 28cm frypan from Aldi.this product does not carry any warranty after 60 days with receipt.I used only 5 times hairline type black lines appeared.i returned my local Aldi they dont want to know you.I am not happy with this product and ALDI at all.they said to me check your receipt's bottom lines if there is a warranty.it should carry at least 1 year warranty in my opinion. A cheap pan, that is not bad, but won't become a heirloom – We've had our Crofton for about 4 months. Somehow heating has caused it to dome in the centre, which is a pain as things like pancakes do not cook evenly now. It is relatively non-stick. While it is not the best pan, it is heaps better than the expensive Baccarat Triton we bought, which was fine as a lump of metal, or a novelty ping pong paddle, but useless as a frying pan Show details
Don't waste your money – Fry pan buckled from the centre on it's first use. The frypan is practically unusable as everything slides/rolls to edge of pan. I recommend that you don't waste your money. Show details
