Cuisinart Chef’s iA+ Non-Stick 30cm

Solid non stick fry pan – I enjoy cooking curry and was looking for a sauté style fry pan with lid & preferably non-stick. After hours of researching I decided upon Cuisinart 30cm pan especially at the sale price of $100 Oct 23 & have used it quite a bit since purchase with the following results. The pan does have a bit of weight so it's not your thin aluminium style pan so your arm will get a little work out. The handles surprisingly don't get hot which is great especially when holding the pan to mixing/stir and of course removing from the heat source. I purchased the 30cm version therefore unlike cast iron pans equal dispersal of heat across the base doesn't happen here , I have heard of heat plates which can assist with this but for now its not a big issue. To-date I'm quite happy with the pan and seem to be of solid construction with quality teflon. However like most non-stick pans time will tell
