When purchasing some suit cases over the weekend I noticed my discount did not come off. Does that mean I don’t discount on line anymore since my retirement. Good afternoon. I’m a staff member and have tried applying for staff online discount. I have never received an email confirming this. I still don’t have a discount applied. What can I do?
On the 15th December I ordered Christmas Bon Bons from the online store. They were from the David Jones Burnley store and the receipt number was MCWZBZSY91214 in the name of Moira Matthews. As yet I have not received them. They were the one of the racing ones. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME FIND THEM AS I WAS HOPING TO HAVE THEM BY NOW FOR CHRISTMAS. Moira Matthews

Hi, approximately 1mth ago. I purchased a few items from the Children's section in DJ'S Wollongong store. One of the items was sent to my work address (whete l wanted them to be delivered) however the other item was delivered to my home address, to which l didn't realise, then sent back to the store. I don’t understand your post nor your answers but it is clear that you don’t understand how this site works. Firstly it a Review site. Secondly it is independent of David Jones, Myer etc. Thirdly it is NOT the David Jones nor Myer site. Fourthly neither David Jones nor Myer can post replies here as clearly they have not registered with this site.

You need to email people assist with your staff details and they will add it for you so it automatically applies.

Is there a postage charge to return an item via post?
DJ’s don’t cover return postage.
They will reimburse you postage if the order is faulty, damaged or incorrect but you will have to pay the postage first and then send through a picture of the receipt, and they will refund you over the phone at a later date. If it's change of mind then you will have to pay it yourself.
If I am a staff member . How doe I get my staff discount without going into the store

You need to email People Assist and they can set up the discount in your account. It will take them about a week to do it.

Called out about why my order was not dispatched 2 weeks ago and gave me a claim number, 2 weeks after order still progress. I have inform them that I want a refund, and they said they will email a resolution team and should get in to contact with me soon. Still no response.
You have $150 of mine and I have nothing. I ordered estee lauder cream 16/04 in Garden City Booragoon and paid for it. I cannot do anything cannot get through at all on any phone. I guess I will have to go to the store. Big problem as I have just broken my wrist. So its a taxi on top of my $150 already spent. Next step is ombudsman. Kathleen Bond

Horrible shopping experience DJ offered me. They delivered a wrong pair of shoes and didn't bother to replace me with the pair that I originally purchased. Told me to post it back on my expense which I did and emailed them my postage receipt with tracking number clearly showed the item had been delivered back to their centre. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my postage refund, emailed multiple times and even used messenger asking for help. DJ has the worst customer service, I think I rather shop with Myer from now.
How do u get any further with a purchase from when u view your bag? There is no payment button or check- out option. I'm just stuck with a bag of stuff but can't purchase it. Am I missing something or not doing something right. I am very tired. ? Oh I can't add the screenshot.
Are you ordering on a mobile device? I sometimes get this when I use my iPad mini. If you turn the screen so it is landscape instead of portrait then you will hopefully see the checkout button. If this doesnt work you may have to call them.

I’ve been trying for hours to speak to the online division.. the phone answers then left on hold for more than 40 minutes.. makes you decide that you don’t want to purchase that desperately... very disappointing considering they are trying to expand with online ordering..
