Poorly made JUNK – DHM0003 Mincer. Don't waste your money. From the poor quality I suspect made in China, yes it will mince meat but the wood on the handle is to short for the shaft so you pinch your skin when rotating the handle. You can only use a shallow dish because it doesn't sit high enough off the bench. This mincer cost $80, you are better off going to an Op shop and buying an old one for $25. Which is what I will now do, this one goes in the bin.
