110L Black Bar Fridge. Does not hold correct temperature and ices up heavily on the back wall of fridge, freezing anything too close.

I purchased a Devanti Wine Fridge supposedly holding 34 bottles. The unit had difficulties in getting the temperature right but back and forth and switching it off for several hours it’s now stable at 13c. The fridge cannot hold 34 standard ( 750 ml) wine bottles and the claim it can hold 34 bottles is incorrect. I've seen others make similar comments. I've to wait and see for how long it'll hold the temperature and stability.

 Follow-up  · The temperature varies from 12c to 25c. Does not and can not hold 34 bottles.

I bought this devanti ,white 95 litre bar fridge for my caravan.It would be one of my best purchases in years.While the freezer is small,it keeps goods frozen.

Poor product support – Decent fridge, I bought for my bar because it looks good with the glass front. However, about a year after purchase the light failed. I contacted Devanti and I quote” we cant get any spare lights and we can’t give you any info on how to source one yourself” it seems like pretty bad customer service to me. I have tried and tried to get a matching light but no luck. Now I just have a dark fridge behind my bar and there is nothing I can do. I’m not happy. I first brought this up when the fridge was less than a year old and have the emails to prove it.

Devanti Bar Fridge, my experience to date – Bar fridge purchased 18/12/21, delivered 30/12/21. Switched on 2/1/22, and set to 3 degrees. Immediately observed by numerous people to be extremely noisy when cooling (presumably the compressor but unable to get any answer from Devanti to date) Audibly rattles when compressor turns off, and heats to 7 degrees (I'd like 3...) before going through same cycle. Reported to Devanti, who have yet to take action, despite multiple reports, response to their questions etc. Apparently referred to vendor (Bunnings) who, despite the product being sourced via their website, and the purchase being transacted to Bunnings, claim a further 3rd party ("Timeless Living") responsible, and that they're happy if I return it but I'd need to pay a restocking fee!! (for returning a faulty item...) Entirely dissatisfied with both manufacturer and vendor.
