Not working – My DG101TBIPS is not turning on. It's been stuck on a black screen and had not been used in around 4-5 years. How do I get it to start working again?
Wouldn't even class it as a good paperweight – This is one of the worse pieces of technology I have EVER come into contact with. The old Sega SG-1000 would even put this thing to shame and that came out 40 years ago. even send it as a gift. It's slow, slower than an 8x 5.25" floppy disk D&D game on the C64. It is light however, I'm guessing because there is almost nothing inside driving this thing. You'd be better off smuggling a helper monkey into Australia to work your PC for you than to try and use this for anything productive. I couldn't even recommend this as an expensive paper weight as rocks probably have more computing power.

WASTE OF MONEY – I bought this for my son to play educational games on but you can't even get any games to work on it that you download. basically not useable for FaceTime. Lenovo was better but not excellent would use them again. We now have Samsung Tab A and they seem perfectly fine and wouldn’t go back to the others. Spend a little extra on a reputable brand!
If I could I'd sue – It glitches just navigating through its own home screens, won't reach full charge and it's been charging all night, can't download ABC kids, can't watch YouTube, it really can't do much except make my daughter cry on her birthday. Very laggy – Device looked good out of the box.the idea was to use it primarily for reading and watching videos, pretty light duties for a tablet with these specs.unfortunately WiFi reception is pretty poor, and the battery always seems to die out even on standby.Perfomance is very laggy and cannot handle more than 3 tasks at the same time.My advice is save and buy something that costs more.The old adage you get what you pay for still holds Show details
Poor quality – Battery doesn't hold a charge for long. Sometimes won't boot up even though charged. Have to press Reset. I use it privately for reading ebooks and youtubes mainly. Battery lasts about an hour playing a video with headphones. Pretty poor effort. Looks great! Show details
Pathetic – Brought one 2 weeks ago.Set it up and it worked okay.Then i put it on charge.Since then has not started ,get absolutely nothing since.Have tried a variety of ways to get going but still nothing. Show details

DO NOT BUY – Bought it for my niece for Christmas. Setup was horrible, had to restart. In all, it took me 2 hours to finally set it up. When I finally did, YouTube crashed, games like Roblox lagged and wifi signal was always low. Dont waste your money – I will be returning two of these tablets today after buying yesterday. Opened one to give it a run. Failed at start up and had to restart twice. Big W is selling rubbish. not reccomend buying thes, not even for your children. Not worth $99 on special. Im returning both today. I returned tablets and bought a Konka tablet infected with crypto mining malware and the ability to download two more viruses. I believe the DGTEC are infected too given the ongoing crashes. I wouldnt buy DGTEC or Konka tablets.
