Dangerous!!! – While my daughter was watching you tube on hers and the whole screen just cracked, lucky I had a screen protector or god knows what shards of glass could have flown at her. It’s never been dropped or misused! Beware! Show details
Don't waste your money – Doesn't charge properly and then once you manage to charge it, the power quickly goes. Takes forever to start up. Screen keeps freezing. A complete waste of money. Show details

Seemed okay – The charger port and plug doesn't connect properly, and now 6months later will not charge, after multiple attempts to use new cords and reposition. Very disappointed. Runs pretty slow, but plays movies and TV okay. Show details

Service NOT - Don't label your product for 3 yr olds if its not capable to do the above. 2nd how do you expect us to tell oops sorry DGTEC don't care you don't have your Christmas present to play with. So heart broken. You purchase goods in good faith. and get treated like crap.

Zero stars !! Do not buy this product - buyer beware – - Delayed Touch Screen - Very Slow loading - Screen is not clear always seems blurry - Something wrong with the charger - when plugged in it sometimes will not charge ( very Frustrating) - Battery does not last Long for the amount you have to charge it for. - Sometimes will not turn on - The only Positive is the rubber outter cover - looks nice and very durable. Dangerous & waste of money – I purchased 4 of these from different stores. One was not put together properly at all, cannot understand how it passed quality control. Another after only a few hours over a period of 3 days stopped charging. 2 got so hot you couldn't hold them after only being used for a short period of time. 1 got lines of green all over the screen & started omitting an ear piercing sound & could not be turned off.
