Good – For the price it is a good buy, the high definition picture quality is quite good. The sound problem only happens occasionally and can be fixed by changing channel, so it isn't a major issue. Cheap, Good Quality picture on LCD Occasionally loses sound when turned on, resets by changing channel.
Bad – A good cheap unit, to enable you to see HD channels. There is the sync problem, usually on HD channels - I've had to use the digital channel instead of the HD ones because the sync issues were so bad. Website says to turn the unit OFF instead of leaving in standby mode to prevent overheating. I would not recommend this settop box, and recommend going upmarket if you had the cash. Cheap, easy to setup. Sync problems, overheats which results in front channel and time display cleared.
Terrible – This Ones Headed For The Bin Complete Rubbish!Buy a Good Well Knowen Brand,Not This crap,Ive Been Had,I Hope You Dont! looks ok!Thats about it.I Think It Will Look Better in The Bin!Were it was designed for! It Worked for 4hrs,Then Decided to Turn Itself OFF and ON,Not Good For The Sound System,Now it only works for about 10min Before The Problem starts! This Happens Even if its not on Stand By Power and The Unit is Completly Cool.Thay also Box them up as a "VIBE HDTV Set Top Box",Dont Be Fooled. There Just Crap!
