Very disappointing service and a pathetic customer experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. Every time it comes up for renewal, there is constant pressure to purchase the latest device rather than receiving proper support for existing products. Their customer support lines are also very poor, with calls often going unanswered and little to no assistance provided when needed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others. The lack of customer service and support has been extremely frustrating and has left me very disappointed with the brand.

I am very disappointed with this product. I had real TV hybrid 2 was working ok with Real X new striming results is not good and not have good quality picture.

Realiable option for desired channels – We have been using the same RealTV Box for 8 years now, and its always worked really well. Very reliable for watching channels that we grew up with back home.
