Ducky One 2 White LED Mechanical Keyboard

Perfect Keyboard for all gaming activities! – When I purchased the Ducky One 2 Keyboard I found that it has a very comforting feel to it when playing games, my personal Ducky One 2 has the blue switches. Which are pretty heavy, but it depends on preference on which switches you would like to have. The keyboard is easily customizable, as it comes with a tool that allows you to pull your keycaps off safely without committing any damage. When playing FPS games, you can have a blast with the keyboard. Due to it being so small, you have a lot of desk space which allows more mouse movement.

Faulty item from the beginning – We purchased this keyboard for our son as a gift and had problems with it from the beginning. The USB port connection was never properly working as any slight movement of the keyboard made the lights flicker on and off and the keyboard to be disconnected from the device it was connected to (in our case usually the PS4). I tried contacting Ducky Channel through their website and Facebook page and never got a response from either. I contacted the business we purchased it from and they organised the return to Ducky however they will not fix the item or replace it - "Our warranty does not cover any physical damage on the item. Therefore, we cannot accept your warranty claim as listed in our policy and disclaimer when we accepted your item return. Please confirm on the fees and return address so that we can return the damaged item to you AS IS."

At this point in time I am reluctant to pay for the item ($52) to be shipped back to me in its damaged state as the keyboard would need to be opened up to fix the issue completely voiding my warranty. The USB port connection has now completely fallen into the keyboard casing and I struggle to understand how they can claim physical damage has been caused by us. I have since done a little research on this issue online and this seems to be a common issue with the keyboard and the refusal to fix or replace items with faulty workmanship is commonplace. If you are looking at purchasing this item please do not! This company needs to take better accountability on the products they are providing consumers.

Amazing and perfect – This keyboard is amazing, I got the white version and I simply love it. It feels great, the switches are great, it's quick and perfect for gaming. There is not a single thing wrong with this keyboard, get it.

Very good keyboard, plan to use it more in the future! – This keyboard has a amazing feel to it, I love it and wouldn't mind to use this for a permanent keyboard, one problem I have is sometimes I can't find keys and there's no volume control buttons. It's easy to clean and I like the LED feature. Would buy again.
