Getting err message all of a sudden and not weighing
I just bought a 2 nd hand easy home digital body analysis scale. No instructions.. please can you supply with how to use it.

Did you check whether the bluetooth connection switched on on your mobile?
My app is working- or at least it says it's connected. Then I get the same "Err" with bluetooth sign. Then I get asked to strp on the scale. I get on the scale and screen stays on weight 0.0 kgs. Doesn't move at all. It worked fine the first time around, but now, I have taken out the batteries, tried reset, everytime I connect, it shows the same error. Err and if I step on it, 0.0 kgs. It used to show weight and then I had to stay on for it to complete analysis. Now, nothing at all. Very frustrated!Have you had any success on getting past that and weighing yourself?

after you download Dr.Weight app, you will have choice to switch to pounds
Is it possible to use the scale with a different app? I'm not sure that Dr. Weight one is worth the trouble.
AI Fit was good , now difficult because you have to login each time in remember passwords and login not really necessary each time for a simple body scale app it's ridiculous now

I got Easy home bathroom Body analysis smart scale from Aldi today. Downloaded the app. I gives me the my BMI and weight. It does not give the muscle rate, body water, bone mass BMR , visceral fat etc. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong

I had the same problem but have solved it. Just moisten your feet, not soaking wet, and it will work every time

I have model number 64061 released in 2018, the device can not be connected to bluetooth, is there a way to reset the scale? There is only one button on the scale that chenges the weight unit from kg to ib
I have replaced batteries and reloaded the app and reconnected the app to the scale but still it shows connecting- why these are new and hardly used. So frustrating Is there a reset on the actual scales
Just a suggestion. As this scale connects via WiFi you need a reasonably strong WiFi signal at the scale location. I made sure of a good connection on every attempt by siting the scale (inconveniently) right next to my WiFi router in my home office. Naturally, I also place my phone with the app there while taking a weight measurement. In addition, the scales need good batteries. I store the scales on their side to make sure they turn off when not in use, thus saving the batteries. When my connection fails the only reason left is poor batteries and their renewal always works to restore operation.
