Hi my question is…has anyone had a bad experience with packages from Echt being withheld at customs?? I’ve never had an issue with my deliveries from them before. I’ve bought many times. But this last time I bought $350 worth of clothing and for some reason my package is being withheld at customs. And I contacted Echt to find out why or what’s going on?? And they are no help at all. I paid my part and purchased my clothing and because of something they did or didn’t do now my package is being withheld
Please for the love of god will someone get back to me about my order [Number Removed]. Where is it? I’m in Tasmania and apparently my order has been sent to somewhere in WA.
I am trying to get a response email from ECHT apparel Canada after sending three emails about an order of One item I attempted to buy on their latest Black Friday sale.The payment did not go through on PayPal and I kept getting bounced back to my order page after trying multiple times to purchase it. I subsequently found the account page which showed me that I had Three items on order, not one item , all of which said ‘ pending’. I was worried that I would be charged for two extra items I don’t want. I am also wondering if the item will still be in stock as I have had one previous experience with this happening before with this company. When I had my previous experience there was a phone number I could call to reach someone to resolve my issue and now I can’t. Can I get a response from ECHT Apparel CanadaASAP before any further action is taken with my order ?

I wouldn't even risk it TBH. Shop at the iconic, they have plenty of puffers and you can get free shipping and returns so if the size isn't right you send it back, nothing lost!
I just purchased a jacket and will be returning as all the feathers are coming through the seams. Worn it once. Avoid

Hey guys- does anyone have purpose leggings and do they slide down while working out? I run a lot and do high intensity activity. The forced scrunch leggings slide down sooo much and I can’t wear them for exercise so I don’t want to purchase more if they all do this. Thanks!
I refuse to buy anymore ECHT. They fall apart. I’ve gone to Cotton on body icore leggings. Amazing.

I didn't have much luck with cotton on! It slides down even putting my phone in the pocket! And it gets looser the more you wash... but with Echt Explore I could go through a bootcamp without sliding down.
what about the sizing? Im usually a medium but with tights in australia they are very very tight should i go a size up?
A lot of friends have been telling me the sizing is small and to get a size up ?? Is this true ??
Yeah sized definitely run small so get a size up then what you normally would order
I'd say the opposite, I'm normally a small, but I have to keep pulling them up when exercising
Do the leggings shrink in the dryer?
I have had mine for a while now and all ways put them in the dryer they are still as good!
Are there a compression type or just seamless type ?
