Being a member of a couple of organisations that offer discounted gift cards I attempted to purchase a gift card The organisation I tried to purchase through uses this supplier Even though I used a credit card that I’ve always used without problems their system would not complete the transaction From other reviews I’ve read about this company it seems their system is not sophisticated enough to verify that my card had sufficient funds on it and was indeed mine My bank advised it was their system at fault and I advised them of such but judging by their response they don’t care enough to follow it up to find out exactly what the problem is Very poor customer service
