    Egyptair's outstanding customer service


    Recently we had to cancel my husband's Egyptair Business Class flights due to a home invasion 2 days prior to departure. The flights had been booked through the failed company, BestJet. Egyptair came to the party and refunded the money. They did not have to, but they did. Top marks to Egyptair for customer service! Will fly with them soon.
