EKO Full HD Android K420 FSG 42" – Rubbish. 1st one i had faulty within a day, lines all thru the screen. 2nd one (replacement) has wonderful picture quality, reasonable sound quality. The problem is trying to get it to select HDMI channels - can take up to 1/2 hour to get it to select. Absolute Rubbish Avoid At All Costs! – bought the k400FSG from big w as a spare tv incase something happened to my 55inch tv well that day came yesterday so i finally set this EKO tv up and the picture quality is washed out and grainy worse than my 14 year old led tv from 2009, the sound is also very tinnie, i will never buy a cheap and nasty tv like this again Show details

Expect to have issues – I bought the TV November 2020 after a short time the TV on channels started flickering and had to turn the TV off and restart. You get what you pay for – 80% of the time the response is so slow it's useless. Pressing a button on the remote takes 3-5 seconds for the screen to react. I've tried resetting etc, but still the same. It can take 2 -3 minutes from switching on for the built in chromecast to show up. Even when powered off, sometimes when I use my google hub (Not in any way connected to the TV), will randomly turn on and open an app
Loses TV channels and can't 'find' them again in a manual search
Remote use doesn't always register with the TV and is very slow to respond to commands even when close to the TV
Takes AGES to load up the smart features
Only pluses:

Nintendo switch works better on it than the built in smart features do

Terrible, never worked properly – This TV freezes all the time, can’t swap to streaming without unplugging, nothing works quickly, it started off with minor issues which have just become worse over the past year. Sometimes it’s just a black screen with sound, all a bit useless finally had enough and look for warranty to find out it was only 12 months, and of course I’ve had the TV for 14 months!
