This is hands down the worst nail polish I have ever put on, I absolutely do not recommend it! The application is terrible. It made a huge mess all around my cuticles and skin. On top of that, the coverage is completely uneven..it looks sheer in some spots and super intense in others. It is impossible to get a smooth, uniform coat. A total mess and a waste of money.

Fail to set quick enough. Im always smudging it and redoing. Tackiness just won't go away once it moves. Also needs several coats. No I have not set 5 hours of my day aside to do my nails. So bad value for money. Prefer even the cheapest brand to this. Chuck. Show details

Garbage – Quite an expensive product but rubbish result. At this price, I expected a decent standard of nail polish, which goes on easily and stays put. It does neither. It's terrible - and a complete wast of money. Show details

Was a great start but – Started off beautifully for 6 months but halfway through the bottle it turned streaky and difficult to apply even layers despite being shaken. Frustrating!

Not happy – Really pretty colour but went on the nail like water, streaky. Tried it again a week later shook the bottle well to make sure it was well blended, same affect. Will definitely not buy again. Not a cheap product very disappointed. Show details

Leaves nails stained – I bought the Essie nail lacquers 'word on the street' (blue) and 'trick clique' (pink) for the days of Christmas. I was delighted with the pink colour! But both of them were hard to apply as they streaked badly. Had to put 3 coats on PLUS one base and 2 top coats! I followed the instructions for use from their website and used the 'all-in-one… Read more

base & top coat'. I had the polish on for less than 2 days. It chipped very easily. When I removed it, my nails were stained! Really awful staining too! The nails that got the blue colour look bruised, and the ones that got the pink look orange. From now on I'm sticking to OPI! They never stain!

Worst nail polish ever – This polish chips a day after you put it on. It is horrible. I don’t know what happened it, it used to be good and now it is the worst polish ever I will never buy it again. I’m throwing all mine in the garbage Show details

Protects and Heals – I recently discovered the essie Treat Love and color range, these polishes do exactly what they say, my nails have never been better, they actually give ur nails nourishment, color and protect them from splitting which was a big issue with my nails, so worth a try Show details

Essie Spaghetti Strap is my staple polish – I’m not much of a nail fashion girl (although the colour selection from this range is vast and stunning). Short, neat and nude colour does me fine. Essie Spaghetti Strap is my perfect no fuss polish to help achieve a salon-like result. The thin (but not too thin) formula with the wide, flat brush is a breeze to apply using the “three… Read more

stroke” method. I never experience clumps or streaking and the slightly rounded tip of the brush is helpful in avoiding my cuticles.

One coat of this delightful soft, natural pink shade is enough for a slightly sheer manicure with plenty of shine. Drying time is minimal, usually totally set within ten minutes.

Shake very well before use and make sure the cap is securely on when you’re finished.

Great colour range – I found Essie to have a great colour range, several shades for every outfit, look or mood. I have several. It isnt the holy grail of strength and staying power however the colour lasts unchipped on me for a good week, depending on activity of course.

Good colours – Good colours, and a nice shine when it dried. It wasnt the cheapest but I am happy with the way it lasted for the week. I give it 4 stars.

Over hyped – After researching online for a nail polish that would actually stay I bought Essie in ballet slippers from priceline. Not nearly as good as claimed! Thin and watery, it took ages to dry and six coats and still not even coverage! This is supposed to be a salon quality polish! And as such, not cheap! Very disappointing!
