Essteele Per Vita are performance stainless steel and I would buy again

I have read some of the negative reviews: At least one is not for this product (haha) and some of the reviewers do not know how to cook with stainless steel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozV2T_G4ZFo).

After the recommended good wash, on day one, I was cooking fried eggs without them sticking. You might need to give the edges a little lift, but that's it. Slidey eggs for the win!

This pan cooks fish, steak, chops etc very well and is perfect for sauces too.

Unlike non-stick pans, which we were replacing every few years, this pan will last me the rest of my life and can be passed onto the kids. Show details

Good then not then good again - edited by me

Our 20cm IT 14 induction pot started leaking granular material from one of the layers in the base. I couldn’t work out where it was coming but discovered tonight the gap closes up again after use. Very coarse sandy material looks like salt and pepper which was confusing! Definitely won’t use it again.
Update Feb 23: The pot has been replaced free of charge through Myer. Very happy. Show details

Terrible

These are actually unusable, everything sticks to them. Wrote to customer service to say so and they just hit me with a ‘there not not stick’. Lifetime warranty my *** Show details

Love these

Got my set as a gift 5 years ago and they’ve outlasted 2 serious relationships (I’ve thrown them across the room at people) other than being very well built and good quality they’re easy to clean and look like new Show reply

Excellent product and after sales service

We've had a set of stainless steel Per Vita for 6 years and they've been great. Despite daily use, they still look close to new and do what they should. We recently had an issue with the base of the skillet and it was replaced under the lifetime warranty with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, though since these will probably last longer than me, I doubt we'll need to. Show details

Terrible product

I have had the Essteele 28cm frying pan for 4 months. The non stick coating of the 28cm frying pan has extensive bubbling around the base. The bubbles inflate when the pan is heated and fill with dishwater when pan is washed creating a very unhygienic surface. Very disappointing product and cost well over $100 with discount. Show details

Worth it

Super happy with the 5-peice set we purchased a few years back.
Expect the copper to discolour early on (that's what copper does). If you know how to use a steel pan, it should give you decades of brilliant cooking (possibly a lifetime based on other reviews).
We purchased on a deep discount at DJ's. For the quality, the price is great. Show details

Hi all, I just bought Per Vita set. I just tried using the sauce pan and noticed the copper layer colour faded away and it’s more like chrome now. Is this normal? I have induction.

I am tossing up between the Per Vita and Per Sempre saucepans. Does anyone have knowledge of both pots who can help me. From what I can see they both have even heat, they both heat quick, they can both be used on induction stoves.

I have invested in a set of Esteele cookware. The pans are excellent, alas not so the frying pan. Everything i try seems to stick, I have even managed to destroy a fried egg. What am I doing wrong
