Eurobed Questions & Answers
VerifiedWhy does my euro bed deflate as soon as I turn it off?
No idea
Thanks for reaching out, there are a few common reasons why your Euro bed might deflate as soon as you turn it off: Valve Issues: Ensure that the valve is fully sealed. If the valve isn't closed properly, air can escape quickly. Small Holes or Leaks: Even tiny holes can cause significant air loss. Check for any punctures or tears in the material. Temperature Changes: Air beds can lose pressure due to temperature fluctuations. Colder temperatures can cause the air inside to contract, making the bed feel deflated. Overloading or Over-Inflating: Overloading the bed or inflating it beyond its capacity can cause leaks or weaken the material.
Hope this can help you. Thank you.
Once the euro bed is fully inflated, the pump turns off and then the bed starts deflating. Has anybody got any ideas of why this would be happening?

Do you need electricity to inflate and deflate?
Yes, but don’t buy.
Hi Lauren, you can use the included 240v pump or you can use the valve and pump it up with a 12v inflator
When I auto inflate my eurobed, will it stop automatically when it’s at full air? I’ve searched everywhere, but can’t find an answer. I’ve been under inflating in case it blows up!
Hi Virginia, the pump will not shut off automatically, you need to turn it off once you have reached your desired level or firmness
Thank you.
Hi I brought a euro bed which I have 3 all up great beds but one has got bubble on both sides like something given way inside they have warranty can someone contact me on 0418 824 389 kon Thanks
I bought three euro beds however one of them is very faulty . It is unusable after just one use. We have tried numerous times looking for a puncture but cannot locate it. I cannot find my receipt therefore cannot exchange it. I’m disappointed as I paid a little more for the name ‘Eurobed ‘ but didn’t get the quality I was expecting. Please let me know if I can get this faulty mattress exchanged

H iI purchased a Eruobed Queen 12 months ago and have used it several times, the last two times it has deflated during the night? I no longer have my reciept? Is there a chance I can return it I purchased it from Aust Post shop? Thankyou M.Dowling
Hi there, if you have your credit card receipt the Post Office might be able to accept that as Proof Of Purchase
And if I don't what are the other options? Thanks
If you are unable to supply proof of purchase the Post Office may not be able to help you. There are some patch kits in the box that came with the bed, it might be worthwhile having a look to locate the source of the leak, then apply the patch

My Eurobed has developed a slow leak of air. Suggestions on how to find the leak and can it be repaired would be most welcomed and appreciated. David
My name is Mark and I bought the Eurobed in 2017 and I have only used it twice and it is going down fast I would like to now if there is anyway of getting my money back or one that works .
Hi Mark, We had a Euro bed and ours was the same, we had to reflate it several times during the night. It would seem that most people who have one are having the same problem. So much for diving a beach buggy over it. Our bed now resides in the local tip...where they all belong.
What can i patch a hole up with well rhe seam has let go how can i fix it?
We shouldn't have to patch it its suppose to be strong my son bought one same thing happened as mine waste of money
Agreed they run a quad over them without em breaking (apparently). Did you patch yours? If so with what?
I love my Eurobed, I have only used it half a dozen times and last night I tried to inflate it and it didn’t sound right,Then it started to smoke. I switch it off immediately and thought lucky that didn’t happen during the night whilst sleeping in it. I have had the bed for 2 years the receipt has faded and not readable. Am I able to get it replaced.
I am still waiting for an answer to my question????
Hi, my name is Wendy, do you sell the black plug that goes into the manual inflation valve? It is not sealing properly and letting the air back out through this plug. Where or how can I buy a new one. Thanks.
Hi can you buy an electric blow up pump for this air bed? If not could you please recommend one that will fit it? Thanks
I don't know Marnie f, read all other reviews.
Late response but I believe it has one - you can see it in the image.
are there spare parts available to repair leaking valves on the blower and air sucker
The bulge is the biggest problem. The bed is lifted on one side when inflated.
This mattress is total crap. Each and every time I used it, I thought I must have not inflated all the way but seriously crap and Global Shop Direct should be providing a refund so people can buy an ALDI one. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. They wont do a thing about it. they got our money.
They can deflate a bit at first but if it is in warranty I had previously brought replaced but the current one only lasted for 2-3 summers before popping a hole without and sharp instruments damaging. I won't buy one again to much hassle and to only last for about 3 years at a cost of $169 no thank you
I will never buy from you again after both uro beds constantly deflate no holes I did contact global shop only to be told nothing you can do what a ripe off this bed is
They sure are a waste of money.
I already shared my bad experience with this queen size inflatable bed. I tried mine again a couple of weeks ago, same result, deflated and left the guest sleeping on the floor. It's gone to the tip, this is a rubbish product
I not so long ago received a Euro Queen size. I had visitors from Cairns staying with me. I was so embarrassed when they told me that during the night it went down. Yes I checked everything was secure and made sure no air was escaping. So embarrassed. Can you please send me a new one. Kind Regards, Geraldine
