control knob, and thru the glass. I contacted my supplier and they asked for photos which I sent to them. Report was done by electrician who came out and did a report. Result from supplier= 7/02/2023 New Zealand. They said— Due to the nature of this fault they are unable to support me with a repair or replacement. They said damage was caused by brute force ! So I am now unable to use my cooktop ! Extremely disappointed with this response !

Not happy at all !! – I had a euromaid induction cooktop installed in my new kitchen 3.5 years ago. It now doesn’t work had a technician attend to be told it would cost $2035.93 to fix !! Ridiculous as the product is only $1500. new .Not impressed wouldn’t touch anything be Euromaid ever again

Euromaid and Harvey Norman are a compile of crap – I bought a brand new Euromaid induction cooktop from from Harvey Norman, soon after I realised it gets too hot, everywhere even I just turn on 1 out of 4 cook tops. I called them which was impossible, then I contacted Harvey Norman, then they organised a technician coming over to tell me I need to do some ventilation and charged me almost 200AUD… Read more

because they said it wasn't their fault even though I just bought it 2 months, nonsense. Now extra ventilation is on, and it is still super hot, too hot that you cant touch it even though only one was turned on.

People, don't buy anything from Euromaid, I am about to through it away after 6 months because of crap quality and terrible customer service. Same for Harvey Norman, never again.

Not impressed – We have had this cooktop for approximately 4 years and I am just about to replace it because only one element is now working. The smaller ones stopped and now one of the larger ones just doesn't work. I have never really been happy with the stove even when it was brand new and would never consider this brand again.  Show details

Do not putchase euromaid cooktop cc64 – I was told by Harvey Norman this was an excellent product- that is far from the truth I used this twice & the scratches are very bad despite the fact it is only used by a family of one person. Care has been taking in using the cooktop Contacted service & was told not under warranty they could get a serviceman to inspect & arrange replacement… Read more

show wear and tear quickly. First was not faulty as claimed, scratched badly from 5 uses - and I have Ceramic Sauceoans! Old Gotenji in one property 22 years, not a mark (but rusted surround), This unit is now strictly for show. Bought a new frypan!!!!

Worst. Cook Top. Ever – We're living in a rental place with this particular cook top. It's absolutely awful. The buttons are ridiculous. different stove tops in a lot of different places and believe me there have been some terrible one but this is hands down the worst. I had to by a camping gas stove to cook on. It's literally the bane of my existence.

Worst cooktop - just awful – We have had this cooktop for about 3.5 years. From the moment we started using it we hated the design with the buttons, to alter the temp on any given burner it took about 10 different presses of buttons which was so annoying, especially if cooking multiple items. it is easy to keep clean and there is no food stuffs getting caught in cracks and crevices. Also it does heat up well.

However last week one of the corners cracked off the edge of the cooktop, about 10cm into each corner. We checked the warranty documents and it only came with a 2 year warranty. We have always treated the cooktop well so I have no idea how it became cracked. Clearly not designed to last for any length of time. Very disappointed.
