Hi guys, I am trying to deactivate my loinheart strap so that someone else can use it. How do I do this please

I joined a different F45 location and am trying to change the studio name on my account. It's telling me I need to use a different email address since the account. Any advice on how to update studio without having to create a new account ?

Can I use my hr monitor if I no longer am a member of f45? If so which app do I use please. Thanks

I'm blocked from logging on to my F45 Lionheart member page. How do I correct?

Hi my lion heart monitor has been making a high pitched noise all morning and I can’t get it to stop!! Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve tried deactivating it and then activating it again still doesn’t!! Mine is a chargeable one so doesn’t have a battery so don’t know how to reset it!! Please help lol

My daughters lion heart score hasn’t hit higher than 27-30 at our F45 class and shes working super hard. Does that seem right ? She is 23 years and only 120 pounds and super fit so her heart rate is naturally lower. Still though it seems low. Thought I’d ask for her.

The plastic of my lionheart has distorted and looks like it is about to burst open. Any ideas what could possibly have caused this? I always take it off and put it in a draw, there’s no moisture or heat there. I wash the strap and then attach it again. I’ve had it for a year and seems a bit odd. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

should we always aim for 100% HR when training using the Lionheart? Because my understanding that 100% HR means you need to take a rest to let your heart recover. My trainer says that we should always aim for 100% all the time

Hi ive recently changed jobs. My lionheart was registered to my work email. That account has now been closed. I'm now trying to activate my LH to my personal email account but can't because it locked to my old work email and I can't remember the password for my HL

HELP! I have been going to F45 for over a year now and moved to a new City, my lionheart WILL NOT transfer studios with me... I am using the same email, I have changed the location in my settings, I am logged into everything correctly and my name does not pop up on the screen to monitor my heart rate in class. Any suggestions? WHAT AM I MISSING

My peek heart rate should be about 167. This put my target of 70% at 116. The F45 app showed me at 68 % with a heart rate of 170? My age,height and weight are correct. Any suggestions?
