Good at the start but definitely not long term quality – Purchased two 3 seater Hudson fabric sofas in 2012. I will say that the fabric is still in great condition but the rest is not. In 2017 I had to have one couch worth of base cushions repaired as springs were starting to come out of the foam and was uncomfortable. Now a couple of years later the other original couch cushions are doing the same thing. I have always wondered if the replacement cushions even had springs in them because they feel quite different to the other couch. The webbing under the cushions have sunk and offer no support for some years now and is not comfortable as it once was and difficult to get up out of now as you sink down so low. We thought we were buying a good product that would last us 10 or more years. Fabric yes but cushions and webbing no way.

Leather all peeling / delaminating - same as our 4 seater with chaise – Can't believe both our lounges are all peeling & delaminating even seeing we purchased the protector kit. Waste of money seeing we spent $3500-$4000 from memory on these lounges. (Bought the 4 seater with chaise too) For that sort of money we would expect the lounges to last a lot longer than what we have had them for so far. Poor and clearly defective material. Going by the commonality of the other reviews the product should've been recalled.

Fantastic Furnitures after sales service is 'Fantastic'. All we were required to do was email some pictures & they have agreed to give us a full credit on new sofas. Stay away from these couches – We bought the 3 + 2 couches for $1000 deal a few years ago. The couches looked and felt fine, infact they were quite comfortable when we tried them in-store, but only after a few months after getting them home, they have become unbearable to sit on. The base cushions sink almost immediately after you sit on them, you can feel the frame within a few minutes of sitting, quickly followed by your back hurting.

I guess we got what we paid for, but i would have expected them to at-least last me a year. This is by far the most disappointing purchase I've ever made. Every time i see the couch i can picture myself setting fire to $100 bills. I'm sure there are couches you can pick up from the skip that are more comfortable.

Be warned these are not worth a dime. We've learned the hard way. If you must ask, they were delivered on time. Extremely poor build quality.

Very unhappy with this product – Hi, in the short time I've owned this 2 seater it's become almost unbearable to sit on. It basically sinks so much in the middle you end up sitting lop sided, it a) poorly ergonomic and b)very annoying! I payed under $500 for this lounge just on 2 years ago, it hardly gets any traffic and I have guests complain they cannot sit on it as it hurts there back. I stupidly didn't buy an extended warranty but am just so over it I am going to see what my legal consumer right is.

A product should have a life span! and this one has had next to none.. I look after my things and I can certainly say I won't be purchasing any items from them in the future and will be warning people of my poor experience.

Hi, I've since had contact from Fantastic Furniture and must say their service was great! They've come back to me with the best resolution and that's a full replacement. So in all very pleased with the service and outcome.

Hi, I was going to buy one of these in the next couple of weeks. It was just so comfortable when I sat in it at the shops. Maybe you had a faulty one. Did you have much trouble getting it replaced?
