booklet and no where does it state a receipt must be had, for them to do anything. If I could I woud give them 0 stars. That in my opinion is not how you treat customers. After all isn't the old saying "The customer is always right"?
Great after a bit of trial and error – I must confess I bought this primarily for the filing head as I was after an (lazy) alternative to using an emery board to manually file and shape my natural nails. I plugged the item and provided cord into an Apple charger and it took like 8 hours to fully charge. The pen-like body is easy to hold and operates cordlessly, has 2 speeds plus reverse.
At first, I found it scarily powerful as I’m using it on my natural nails. But after a few goes, I’m learning to adjust and use it for my needs and am happy with it as it speeds up a tedious chore.
The next step is to learn how to use the other heads properly.
