I don’t even know what to say. It doesn’t clean anything. I’m lost for words. I just spent $2400 on a dishwasher that doesn’t clean. I have to wash things by hand. These photos are after a 3 hour heavy duty wash.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $2,400.
Awful. Hard to fit anything large, don't wash well, noisy. Controls don't work properly when wet and because the filter is so small it clogs easily/quickly leading to even worse performance. Incapable of drying anything.... Then, as if the general performance wasn't bad enough after an easy and short life are developing electrical gremlins (turning on and off at random, stopping halfway through cycles etc).
Purchased in for $2,500.
Dishwasher delivered with a broken part - main water inlet valve. Luckily my plumber heard it and turned it off before the unit and kitchen flooded. F&P refused to replace it, citing not a major failure, only offering a fix even though it was faulty from the factory (as confirmed by a technician). No comments when I asked about their product quality control; incorrectly advised on ACCC requirements by their customer support, and the regional manager referenced their “acceptable” approach to warranty when this is about consumer guarantee. It’s clear staff are ill-trained. $3099 for a broken machine from new with zero interest in replacing it for a new machine. I won’t ever buy Fisher & Paykel and unlikely any of the parent company (Haier) if this is how the business operates. Such poor customer support. I personally recommend consumers to stay away!
