Fluid Upper Body Ergometer

Excellent – I use this machine at the gym and I find it to provide a great upper arm workout. The ingenuity of the design combined with the water resistance makes for a very rewarding exercise session. Option to stand or sit with the adjustable pedal height and the seat is movable to allow for leg room. Of course it has an on-board computer to monitor your workout statistics which comes in handy if you only want to go so far or workout for so long. Personally I enjoy using the machine and recommend it to any person or gymnasium that is looking for new equipment. it provides a great upper arm workout
