Flylite Rhine 81cm Suitcase

Damaged on the first trip – Bought this bag for an over seas trip. On the first leg of the trip the bag arrived damaged. It couldn’t handle the baggage handling with Emirates. The internal shaft was bent and consequently the handle would not move. Luckily i was staying with family and didnt need to use the bag travelling around Europe. Returned the item to Strandbags on my return. They argued that the bag guarantee didn’t cover baggage mishandling. I persisted that the guarantee does cover defects and should be purpose built. Strandbags refunded me the full amount with credit. The bag was fine, otherwise with all its features. Nice and light and easy to manoeuvre on the spin wheels.
