Buyer Beware Rusted in 2 weeks – Ordered on Woolworths online shopping to arrive for Christmas 2022. It comes in pieces and requires assembly. are only the middle man and say they can't authorize any refund unless coming from the seller whom I have no contact with as I paid Woolworths. According to Woolworths online the seller has been very slow in responding and they will not intervene. I don't find this acceptable as I paid Woolworths. They have now offered a refund if I take the 3 pieces apart and ship back to them. Given it is a large item with a heavy glass top I have no way of packaging it as it arrived before Christmas and I threw out the packaging because it was in the way. Firstly don't buy this item as it is not suitable for outdoors and be very weary of using Woolworths online as getting a warranty claim is not that easy or straight forward.
